Chapter: 5 《Ferocious Darkness: Cage》

Kate pov

'What's my fault? w-why?' I said while sobbing. I just lay on the floor besides, I bent my body because of the cold I felt right now..

Am i going to die? I can't explain and I can't see myself. It's been a few days because of the darkness surrounding me.

I closed my eyes for a moment to rest...When I remembered Ethan's crying asking for help cause Zay going to killed him in front of me.

His voice can't get out of my mind, Even though it was very dark around, I knew it was Ethan's blood that splashed on my face and body, my tears started to fall over my cheeks.

[Flashback]

I sat down because of my fear. Unexpectedly something throw down right in front of me which my whole soul shocked.

'W-what is this?!' I grabbed it as soon as I felt it was Ethan's head, I threw that thing away and quickly distanced myself from him.

"DAMMIT DO NOT TOUCH MY PET WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!" Zay said to Ethan who was lying without head on the floor.

When I stood up I feel someone approaching me and it was none other than Zay.

"P-put away Ethan's corpse now, feed his corpse to the workers, but make sure it's not obvious that it's a Vampire!" Zay ordered his companion as if he was weak in pronouncing it.

I heard the loud footsteps of the maids, Maybe two of them clean the dirt that was scattered on the floor and they quickly disappeared without realizing it.

"A-are you okay?" Zay approached me then he asked me.

"Yes, I'm fine!" I scolded him softly.

After a while, he suddenly leaned in front of me and rested his chin on my shoulder.

I couldn't handle his weight so I fell back but luckily there was a wall behind me, This is a b*tch situation, my hands still handcuffed.

I think he looked lethargic this time. His muscular cold body touching my chest and i didn't expect that our bodies will collide like this again.

few more minutes his naughty hand circling my hip that held by Ethan earlier then he squeezed it like shivering.

I just stood at my place as if stiffened in the corner while he sniffing my shoulder and after a few moments he started biting my shoulder using his sharpteeth, I could feel his mouth sucking it gently. My blood flows into my arms but he didn't let it.

I felt pain as he sucked and buried it deeper.

"Enough Z-zay!" I said while begging to him.

I couldn't push him because my hands were tied but still not letting go.

When he had already sucked a lot of blood from me, he returned to his previous vitality of his body. I'm a little dizzy and lethargic because of the blood Zay took from me.

"Hmm Delicious!" His voice is massive but energetic than before then he licked my shoulder again.

I could feel his very soft tongue touching my shoulder and slowly moving it upwards. His nice when it comes to this thing but when it comes to human food, he will feed me severed human heads. He bit my lip then he sucked, I immediately tasted a little of my blood on his mouth.

I could feel his lips moving as well as his saliva dripping down at my chin. I can't imagine what he's doing to me.

After a while he stopped and whispered to me "I satisfied let's go at the basement"

He took me by ny arm and continued walking as if nothing had happened. I was dizzy at that time until we reached the basement.

"Y-you're going to lock me up here?!" I stopped walking because every time I took a step, there was a pungent smell that i couldn't explain.

"Yeah...what's wrong? Did you like it?" He asked me an irritating question.

But instead of scolding him, I kept my mouth shut.

Zay stopped and I felt his action as if his eyes were very bright around us.

"You can come in" He pushed me inside of the cage.

I don't want to be here, I want to go home with my family...my tears started to accumulate in my eyes. It's very dark here and I think everyone imprisoned here is dying. I feel sorry for myself.

[End of Flashback]

I don't know if I can survive five more days in this basement. I stopped my meditation when I heard footsteps.

"Hi Kate!" A different voice is in front of me now.

I stood up to ask for help but my body couldn't take it. My two thighs fell and my head hit the floor. I can still hear my body falling into the ground.

"H-hey hey! be careful, it seems your not safe here, a-are you alright?" He ask me and was about to open the lock towards me.

In fact, I can't stand anymore because my body is getting numb and sluggish, maybe this will be my last day and my body will be able to rest, my soul will just wandered and finally I will be able to visit my parents and my siblings but I can't hug them and talk with them just like before.

I can't even understand what the man in front of me is saying.

"Please! H-help me" I tried to speak and felt his hand on my back to pick me up, after a few minutes he walked, I knew it was going up even though I couldn't see my surroundings.

When I saw a ray of light, I thanked this man, but my vision was getting blurry and I didn't notice that I was losing consciousness.

"B-brother, d*mn look what you've done. Pity on her!...H-hey wake up" it was the last voice I heard from the boy who was in front of me by now.
