Minho Imagine (AU): Help

Okay so _FANGlRLS_ & bookloverAMRD requested a Minho AU and I wasn't sure what to do, (if you guys thought of any specifics let me know :3)
but this is for Booknerd26272 and I just thought I'd tag you guys since this is AU, haha I hope that's okay.

"Saturday night and I've got no plans, imma stay home and do the loner dance."

I sang in my head as I watched my favorite t.v show. Today was pretty much a lazy day for me; I had my sweatpants on and I was snuggled up on my couch, watching one of my favorite movies.

Minho and I usually hang out everyday, but he couldn't today, he told me his mom had been sick and he was going to cook a nice heartfelt meal for her.

We've been dating for six years, almost seven. He is literally the best boyfriend I could ever have.

My thoughts were disrupted when my phone buzzed about thirty times; they were all texts from Minho.

I have no idea why he's texting me so much, I thought he was with his mom.

I was about unlock my phone when Minho's face popped up on my screen.

Call from Minho My Sass Queen👑😍💝💍

My phone read.

"Hey babe." I answered, a sly smirk forming on my face.

"Y/N!," he practically yelled, I yanked the phone away from my ear, but it was still close enough to hear him. "I NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE." His voice shook, I couldn't tell if he was crying or not. "PLEASE COME AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN, PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU." He sobbed and hung up.

I dropped my phone and ran to my car, not even bothering to put my shoes on.

I drove to his apartment-it was about twenty minutes away. I was going at least ten miles over the speed limit.

When I finally reached his apartment, I took the stairs to his room.

I abruptly knocked on the door, too many times, no answer.

I started banging on the door, people in the hallway were giving me strange looks; most of them were in their young teens, but I didn't care.

Minho's rarely serious, and when he is, something is really wrong.

My heart was about to explode out of my chest, I banged the door with my side and grabbed onto the door knob, bracing myself for the impact, but when I turned the knob, it was unlocked.

I rushed inside, almost tripping over all his clutter scattered on the tan carpeted floor.

When I looked around, a splotch of dark scarlet caught my eye,

then more of it.

Are those rose petals? Is this for his mom?

The petals sat in a crooked line, leading to a small room in his apartment.

The door was cracked, and I slowly opened it to see Minho sitting in the middle of a petal shaped heart.

In front of him, there were more petals, shaped into the words:

"Will you marry me?"

My face scanned the petals, reading each word carefully. Then I looked back at Minho.

He was now kneeling on one knee with a ring placed inside of a red heart box.

"Y/N, I need your help. I need your help to complete my sass, my heart, my life. Without you I am so incomplete, and I need you, and only you to be the one I call my other half. I don't believe in love a first sight, whatever that shuck stuff is, but when I saw you, I knew you were different, I knew you were going to be the one."

He paused.

"So, Y/N, will you complete me?"

Tears of joy welled in my eyes, "Of course I will!" I ran into his arms, tackling him to the floor and kissing his lips. He brushed my hair out of his face and smiled. "Let me see your finger."

Still laying on top of him, I shifted my weight onto my elbow and gave him my ring finger. He placed the diamond ring on it and kissed my lips.

Then he sat up, me sitting on his lap. There was a smirk playing on his lips.

"Will you be the key to my heart?"
Minho asked, a cheesy smirk on his face as he pulled out a key from his pocket.

I laughed, "what?"

"I bought us a shuck house."

I squealed excitedly in his arms, examining the key.

"I love you Minho."

"I love you too shuckface. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."

"Me neither."
