Chapter 24

March 4th, 2022

3RD PERSON

"Mmm." Jaden hummed as his hand reached out to grab his phone.

"Yes?" It was then that he realized it was only alarm going off in the morning.

"Mm turn that off." Linda groaned as she reached out and grabbed her phone out of Jaden's hand to turn off her alarm.

"What time is it?" Jaden said as he laid his head on Linda's bare shoulder.

"8:40am."
"Oh shit." Jaden jumped up, pulling up his underwear and pants, while Linda handed him his shirt.

"I gotta go, I have to take kids to school."
"Yeah, it's okay. Call me later?" Linda asked as she leaned on her shoulders, holding the covers up to her chest.

"I will. Bye." Jaden placed a kiss on Linda's lips and rushed to his car.

Linda sighed as she laid back on her pillow, a smile placing on her face at the thought about last night.

"Kids, are you ready?" Jaden yelled as he walked in the house. His hair was messy, obviously since he just woke up from his sleep after very eventful night.

"Dad, where the hell where you? I got so scared for a moment."
"I'm sorry, I accidentally fell asleep last night. I'm sorry. Rick had to go to work early today, and I totally lost the track of time while we watched a movie."
"Okay. Did you at least have fun?"
"Yeah. Now go to the car, is Connor ready?"
"Yeah."

Jaden placed a kiss on Connor's head as he rushed them out of the house.

"Here, can you buy food? I didn't have time to stop by in some bakery to get you some food." He stated as he took out some money from his wallet.

"Yeah, it's okay. Thanks dad."
"See ya after school guys."
"If you don't get stuck up on Linda again." Sara teased as she kissed dad's cheek and rushed to take her brother to his school.

"Hey, I'll take Connor. You guys go to class." Jaden said as he rushed out of the car and lead Connor to his school.

"Hey." Jaden said as he walked in the shop.
"Ooh, hey. Someone had a rough morning?"
"I just woke up late." Jaden chuckled as he handed Sasha his protein bar.

"Oh. Well, it's Saturday tomorrow, might as well make Saturday come around earlier."
"Yeah." Jaden chuckled, handing Sasha money before exiting the shop with a 'goodbye'.

Jaden rushed in his house and took a quick shower before putting on new clothes and driving fast to his office.

He usually goes to work at 7am and then leaves for few minutes to get kids safe to school and then goes back to work.

"Look who decided to show up." Adam teased as he saw Jaden rush to his desk.

"Mitchell, what happened this morning?"
"I'm sorry boss, I woke up very very late. My alarm didn't ring. I don't know what happened."
"Okay, I'll let it slide this time. But don't let it happen again."
"I won't, don't worry."

Jaden watched his boss walk off, before Adam started to make some weird noises.

"So you go at Linda's house and then next morning you're late to work? I don't wanna assume anything, but to me it sounds connected." Adam moved his chair side to side with his feet as he looked at Jaden, "I knew it!"
"Shush."
"So, how was it?" Adam wiggled his eyebrows.

"Great, I don't remember last time I had fun like I do with her. Every time."
"Okay, but how was she?" Adam asked before leaning in, "In bed."
"Oh, c'mon man. You know I'm not that type to talk about that."
"Okay, but you finished it?" Jaden scrunched his face, not believing what his best friend is asking him.

"C'mon, we're old enough to talk about that, dude. I tell you every time."
"Yeah, but I never told you I was interested in knowing how many times you do in night."
"Okay, but I'm interested in knowing yours. Did she-" Adam stopped as he moved his tongue to move his cheek.

Jaden got up, walking away, making Adam laugh.

"Where are you going now?"
"I'm going to ask go change desks with someone." Jaden turned around as he pointed his finger at Adam.

Adam bursted into laughter, getting up and following Jaden to restroom.

"Since you don't want to talk about it. Godd, do you fucking know how hot chick did I just find last night? Look." Adam pulled up his pants as he walked out of the little restroom and took his phone from his pocket.

"Look." Adam showed Jaden little bit more explicit photo than Jaden expected.

"Jesus at least wash your hands before touching your phone."
"Do you wanna indicate that my hygiene is not good?"
"No, but it's common sense to wash your hands after using restroom before touching anything. Especially phone. Like, you'll later eat while holding that phone."
"Okay, dad, I'll wash my hands. I got a date with her tonight."

"Dude did you really send her this text?" Jaden's eyes widened at the text his best friend sent to some woman.
"Yeah, and see what she responded." Adam smirked, proud of himself and response he got.

"Jesus Christ! I can't this with you, you're awful. I get it you don't have respect for her maybe, but do you have self-respect not to send someone text like this?"
"I have much respect for me and my needs and hormones. She is ready to drain it out, I'm not gonna stop her." Jaden shook his head as he handed his friend back his phone, walking out of restroom.

"Okay, just tell me, who was on top? Or were you on side maybe? Or behind?" Jaden groaned, making Adam burst into laughter again.
