3RD PERSON
"Okay guys, I'm leaving. Please make sure no one strains their ankle like the last time you were left alone." Jaden said as he peaked his head in the room where all kids were hanging out.
"Don't worry dad, have fun on your date.""Dad, are you going to bring Linda some time home?" Sara followed Jaden down the stairs, just so she could lock the front doors.
"I- I don't know. I might."
"Okay. Say hi for me." Sara smiled at Jaden, making him nod before placing a kiss on top of her head and leaving the house.Jaden felt extremely awful and guilty about lying to his kids. But it's obvious he has a someone, and he'd rather leave them thinking it's Linda instead of having to tell them he can't tell them who is that woman.
He also feels bad because it's a little unfair to Sasha, but she doesn't know his kids have no idea about Linda and him breaking up.
"Hello." Jaden pushed himself off of his car when he saw Sasha getting out of the house in a beautiful dress that hugged her curves perfectly.
"Hey." Sasha smiled as she approached him.
One of his hands placed themselves on her waist while other one held her cheek as he kissed her.
"You look absolutely stunning."
"Thank you. You look great too." Jaden smiled softly at her, kissing her forehead."Ready to go?"
"Uh, yeah."
"Great. Get in." He opened the doors for Sasha, letting her sit in before making his way to drivers seat.——
"You're really a gentleman, you know." Sasha added as she waited for Jaden to get inside of restaurant after he opened the doors for her.
"Well, I'll count it as a plus in your little notebook."
"Notebook?"
"Yeah. Where you mark in my pluses and minuses to count at the end and see if you would actually date me."
"Ooh, that notebook. How do you know about that? You have one too?"
"Maybe." Jaden smirked as they waited for waitress to show them their table."And so, how am I doing in your notebook?"
"I'm not gonna tell you, but secretly you have a lots of pluses."
"I do?" Sasha teased as she sat on the chair."Yes. And how am I doing in yours?" Jaden asked before the waitress gave them their menus.
"Thank you." They both said at the same time, before taking them in their hands.
"So?"
"I'll keep it a secret."
"Oh c'mon now, I just told you your score."
"Well, you said it willingly. I didn't make you do it." Sasha laughed, making Jaden frown as he shook his head."So, did you figure out what you're gonna have tonight?" Waitress asked as he approached their table.
Jaden ordered the nicest wine for them, before two of them said what they would like to eat.
They talked a lot while having their dinner, getting to know each other even more.
Sasha learned a little about Jaden's parents, that are still alive but in New Jersey. He also has a older brother, but they are not really in contact.
When they were younger, their dad would always praise Jaden's older brother, Dakota, and put Jaden down.
Their mom was always sweet, but would never dare to speak up for herself or her kids when their dad would make mess.
And due all of what Jaden has been put through as a kid he doesn't really see or talk to his parents a lot.
"No, Sasha, I'm paying. We're not gonna argue about this, I invited you on a dinner date, I pay. Alright?"
"God, sometimes you really go on my nerve." Sasha groaned, making Jaden chuckle."Alright, let's go."
"That's the first minus in my notebook."
"Oh c'mon, don't be dramatic." Jaden teased while opening the doors for Sasha."You wanna go on a little walk now, before we go home?"
"Sure." Jaden and Sasha walked around, their hands touching few times after Sasha took them out of the pockets of her jacket."I feel like a total teenager now, not even going to lie." Jaden said, before grabbing Sasha's hand in his.
"I know, I do too." Sasha chuckled, looking down at their hands.
——
"Here we are." Jaden said as he looked at Sasha with a smile on his face, but he was a little sad their date was ending now.
"I'll see you tomorrow when you come to pick up kids?" Jaden asked after he placed few soft kisses on the back oh Sasha's hand.
"C'mon, you can stay a bit more inside, kids probably just started having a concert in the living room." Sasha said, making Jaden laugh.
"If you insist." Two of them got out of the car and made their way inside of the house.
"Well, this is your first time here, so, welcome." Jaden smiled as he walked in after Sasha. She closed the doors before two of them made their way over to the couch.
"I would offer you some drink, but I do not have alcohol here because everything had to be thrown out."
"That's okay, I wasn't planning on drinking any more tonight. But can you give me glass of water?"
"Sure. Do you want soda, or juice maybe? I made lemonade today."
"Maybe later, but I really want water now."
"Alright then.""Here you go."
"Thank you. I was so thirsty." Sasha chuckled as she sat beside him."Have I told you how beautiful you are?"
"Yeah, a few times." Sasha giggled, running her hands through Jaden's hair. Both of them were turned on the side, leaning their arms on the back of the couch.
"Okay, but you really are beautiful." Sasha laughed, before leaning in to kiss Jaden on his lips.
"Hey, is that working?"
"What? The gramophone?"
"Yeah."
"Yeah, it is. It's been hidden for years, but since Joseph isn't here anymore I took it out. I grew up with my dad playing those is his little working place or whatever."
"What was he doing?"
"Oh, it was like a hobby of his. He loved playing with wood and stuff. He made me a lot of toys. I mean, I had a lot of my own that they would buy me, but it meant more to know he made it specially to me."
"Aw, that's really cute."
"Yeah."
"Okay, I don't want you getting all sad now. Can we turn that on?"
"Sure, we just gotta check it."
"Alright.""Wow, he had a great music taste."
"Yeah, all over the place. AC/DC to Michael Jackson as you can see."
"Hmm, let's play this one." Sasha smiled as she saw Jaden chosing the one with slow songs."May I steal a dance from you now?"
"Yes." She giggled as he took her hand in his, pulling her body close to his.Feeling of their bodies against each other, Sasha's head in crook of Jaden's neck as his head was bent down next to her ear.
