Acquainted - The Weeknd
"I keep on touchin' on your body. To say that we're in love is dangerous. But girl I'm so glad we're acquainted, oh."

Y/N's POV - Day 4 Cont.
The three of us sat around the table silently eating our food that Lizzie so graciously made just a little while before. Aubrey was at the head of the table while Lizzie and I were on either side, facing each other.
I kept stealing glances at Lizzie as she did the same. We were smiling and blushing like absolute idiots.
Unbeknownst to us, Aubrey was staring at us, looking back and forth between our faces with a confused, yet smug look.
"Okay, I've ignored it long enough." She spoke up, setting her fork down with a clang and wiping her mouth with a napkin. "Which one of you is going to tell me what the hell is going on, here?" She said, looking at both of us quizzically.
Lizzie just smiled at me and then looked back at Aubrey. "Honestly, Aubs, I don't even think we know."
Aubrey hummed in response and looked between us again skeptically. "I don't know about that. You've both been smiling, blushing messes since I've been here. I mean, hell! Y/N had you pressed up against the pool wall with her tongue down your throat when I walked in."
I immediately choked on the food I was chewing at her words. I grabbed my glass of water to help with my coughing and to wash down what got lodged in my throat.
I was not expecting her to say that, damn.
I looked back at Lizzie who was laughing to herself and blushing as she was staring at the food on her plate.
I composed myself, clearing my throat. "It kind of just happened."
"There was definitely some build up though these past few days." Lizzie added, smirking at me.
I smirked back and nodded my head, maintaining eye contact. "Yeah, there was."
"Okay, well I think I'm going to head home now." Aubrey said, standing up and placing her plate in the sink.
Lizzie snapped her attention back to her friend before saying "What? Are you sure? You're more than welcome to stay for a while longer."
She laughed back in response and replied "No, Liz. I have a feeling I'd be getting in the way of something. You know what they say, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. This is me getting out of the kitchen." She smirked back at us.
Lizzie just giggled back and said "Okay, at least let me walk you out."
"Sure," Aubrey agreed before walking over to me. I stood up to give her a hug goodbye and as I tried to pull away, she tightened her grip on me and whispered in my ear. "I like you, Y/N. Please don't hurt her." She pulled away and gave me a serious look. I swallowed at the intensity in her eyes and nodded my head back in response.
"I would never. Not intentionally, at least." I replied, rubbing the back of my neck.
She smiled back at me, breaking the tension that had formed. "Good." She said softly. She turned to meet Lizzie by the door and before she walked out said "Oh, are you guys still coming to the New Years Eve party tomorrow?"
I looked back at the pair with my head slightly tilted in confusion. I haven't heard of a party until literally just now.
"Uh," Lizzie said, looking at me. "I hadn't actually talked to Y/N about it yet, but I'll let you know."
