"Hold him down," the doctor instructed.

"Hey," Dean called.

"Three, two, one, set!"

Dean's leg was set and he screamed, "Aaaargh!"

"Nurse!" He turned to Dean. "Just relax."

"Where am I?"

"You're at the hospital."

"Which one?"

"Sioux Falls General."

A nurse gave Dean a shot as he asked, "Where's my brother or my friend? We got to go."

"He bashed his head quite seriously. He's gone up for an MRI. Your friend is in the waiting room."

"Okay, I got to go."

"You're not going anywhere on this leg, buddy. Relax."

Dean blacked out.

He hugged her tightly. "I thought I'd lost you."

"Not for a long while."

"Bobby, Haven, you're both alive. Hey, Sitka."

"'Course we are," Bobby replied. "Why are you on the floor?"

"Meet us at the ambulance dock, stat. Haven and I'll find Sam."
