One thing you need to always remember about writing is that you need to be patient. You might not get a thousand views in a day. You might not get a hundred, you might not even get ten. And that's okay. It took me seven starter fanfictions, a lot of hard work, hours and hours of endless self criticism, and a lot of patience for me to get where I am. But you can't give up. You can't ever, never ever give up. No matter how low you feel, how many views you have, none of that actually depicts how good you are at writing. Your first book, draft, chapter, it won't be perfect, but you need to keep trying. Writing is fucking hard, but that's what makes it all so amazing. Once you've finished that chapter or that book, or that poem you always feel amazing. (execpt when writers block hits, that fucking sucks)
