So like I haven't updated in a while and I still have a request to fulfill which I will, I'm just lazy..
So..
1) You don't always need to say the characters name in order to show who's talking or doing what. You can use the colour of their hair or eyes or skin or clothes. Like, the green eyed woman, or grey eyed man, the small woman, tall man, stuff like that. But don't over do it, it can feel repetitive. But i would also say, use this very sparingly, it can also come off as cringy or annoying if you do it too much.
2) Having as little characters as possible helps with this because you can generalise a person without making the reader think you're talking about multiple people.
3) it's also really easy to switch perspectives whenever you want or have multiple perspectives. Like you can focus on multiple characters instead of it all being from the perspective of one.
4) it can sound intimidating, and a little less personal so I understand if you wouldn't want to. But I feel like it might be easier. In my experience, it helped make long chapters without much actually happening.
5) i think it also gives you more room to be descriptive, because you're not focusing on one perspective, you're focusing on multiple while still being able to reveal characters emotions/feelings
