taking a break from making the bg characters of my OCs' stories to show you my new avatar
was originally gonna introduce her in my next OC book ("The Crow's Journal") but I'm impatient
so this is Crowe. she'll be representing my appearance in roleplays, cameos, and OC interactions

funny enough, she's actually a raven. mix. thingy...I dunno what she is tbh she just looks cool
her wings were hell to draw
but as you can see, her default outfit is...none. her feathers are dense enough to cover all the major parts of her body so she barely wears clothes, other than this giant hoodie she wears when she's sad
this is the best drawing I've ever done as of late and I'm not even gonna TRY to replicate this style so uh
have some facts about her???
- the only clothes she owns is the previously mentioned hoodie. she doesn't see the point of buying any other outfits tbh. she can just shift her feathers and skin into the appearance of fabric-
- she can shapeshift into whichever form she pleases - every time she shapeshifts, she molts her feathers and wings, which then mold her body and face to their desired appearances. so if her appearance randomly changes in a drawing, you didn't see anything that's part of the design-
- however, especially after a facial shift, her skin can get rash-like and irritated easily, causing unnatural blushing in the face and other parts of her body.
- her ears are placed just under her wing-ears, but they're like an owl's. her ears are literally just holes in her skull, covered by dense feathers.
- her wing-ears are crow wings, while her second pair are raven wings.
- she's looks tall and lanky, but she's actually like 5'2.
- when alarmed or hostile, her wing-ears will spread out and fluff up. it...doesn't make her look any more intimidating.
- her hair fluctuates between being floor-length and barely jaw-length. she's ✨indecisive✨
- when she sleeps her wing-ears cover her eyes, so that's cool. it's like a built-in eyemask
