the next few weeks started to get easier for yeosang school wise. the exam he had been so stressed over he didn't do half bad on, although he still did worse than he wanted to. the important thing was that he had passed. graduation was coming up quick, and the last of the boy's exams were scheduled for the following week. seonghwa helped the boy study by quizzing him whenever he had the time, and this helped to ease yeosang's stress more than anything.

"what's your last exam? i think i've helped you study for almost every one of them now, yeah?"

yeosang nodded.

"the other one's english... i-i didn't ask for help because i didn't want either of us to get stressed out by the language."

"you know... joong might be able to help. he taught himself english and he's pretty good at it now."

"i-i feel bad asking him..."

"well, if you decide you want help studying, you can always reach out to him, yeah? or come with me next time i go to min's."

yeosang nodded again, hugging seonghwa tight.

"thank you for all of your help, hwa... i really appreciate it."

"anything to ease your stress, my love. hey, how about a little date tonight? go out for dinner or something?"

"hmm... you're sure?"

"only if you want to, sang. if you're not feeling it we can stay in and do something."

"no! let's go out... it's been a while."

"alright, we can go around six?"

yeosang nodded, then the two got comfy on the couch and focused their attention to the tv. seonghwa brushed his fingers through the younger's hair, causing a content sigh from the boy's lips.

"you alright, sang?"

"yeah... just happy. i love you."

"i love you too, baby. i always will, okay?"

"promise?" yeosang asked, beginning to feel a bit nervous.

"i promise, love. i'll love you forever."

"okay," yeosang said shyly.

the two lounged around for a while before beginning to get ready for their dinner date, yeosang immediately beginning to feel self conscious over the outfit he had chosen. he tried his best to hide this from seonghwa, but the older was able to read him like an open book.

"you look gorgeous, sangie. so, so gorgeous."

"y-you think so?"

"mhmm," seonghwa muttered, pulling the boy into his arms. "the most gorgeous boy i've ever seen in my life."

"i-is there a most gorgeous girl?"

"my mother. i think she's the best looking woman out there."

"you're such a sweetheart... no wonder adults love you so much."

"i know how to sweet talk them," seonghwa laughed. "but yeah... my mom wins for most gorgeous woman."

a small smile appeared on yeosang's face as he nodded, then pulled out his phone.

"pictures. we look good tonight."

seonghwa nodded, then the two took a few mirror selcas and then some regular selcas as well. after, yeosang went through them with a smile on his face and then chose a couple to post before the two were on their way. they chose to go to a comfy traditional korean restaurant that they had always loved, both ordering yukgaejang.
