Nathan's POV
12:00 pm. In three days someone could kill or pass this chance. There can be worst possibility, two or four killers at the same time. Anyone can kill. I was sitting in the living room having new environment.
Wearing those torn blue jeans, a white shirt with denim black jacket and white shoes. No writings on my clothes or pictures.
After breakfast I just broke off and never meantioned where I'm going. I was reading this book about future.
Written my Edward Right. 'Humanity with androids' was the name of it. The story was about those robots being created, how easy it would be for human, no work just sent your android to bring you money. While reading it, I couldn't find any points of mentioned minuses for having this artificial intelligence. It was written that powerful and big company was going to be the founder of these new puppets but prices wouldn't be pretty.
One android price would be about 50 thousand. Of course there's going to be people that rich enough and buy them. Some could spend thousands to just have them as workers.
Who is this guy? I didn't even finish that book as it was full of nonsense. I thought it's going to be written positive and negative things but this guys too supportive of this.
Sitting on the sofa, I heard doors open and a person walked in. I glanced to see who it was and saw Henry standing. He had a book in his hand.
'How to solve crimes'
"Oh, I didn't know you would be here." He said walking to sit opposite of me. I didn't know if he was learning this just to protect the person he liked or was preparing for a murder. Could be both. Gazing back to the new book I had taken with me just in case.
It was silent for the first five minutes until Henry broke that peace. "Have you remembered something from your past life?" He asked me. I'm starting to think he knew I was here, taking that book making it the reason to come inside and just talk to me.
"No." I shortly answered. Quiet again.
"I like Nevaeh." He said out of the blue but I already knew that as it was obvious and his information told that.
But I didn't say anything maybe that way he'll stop. Chances were low seeing how his character is.
"I want to protect her. That's why I want to learn and not only that but to impress her as well. Then we had a test and you told everyone, you knew who the killer was all of the girls eyes where shinning with admiration." He explained but it had nothing to do with me.
"I said it not to impress them or anyone at all. Just wanted to make you all look dumb." I claimed.
"But still." He insisted standing up.
"Just impress her with music or something you're good at." I dismissed and picked myself from the sofa moving towards the door. He grabbed my arm trying to stop me. I glared at the man missing that the door opened
"Please, Nathan." Henry begged.
"No. Can you understand that at least? Leave me alone." I pried my arm of his hand as it wasn't that hard. I glared at the man for a second and turn to leave. Emma was the one who witnessed the ending of our conversation, giving her many ideas of what could have happened but not the right one.
I walked passed her as she said. "Zane was looking for you."
"I know." Not looking back I answered the girl as it was obvious that the male would look for me. I walked to the library to put the half read book back meeting Zane inside.
"So what was our magnet doing?" He asked laughing about the nickname.
"My peaceful reading session was disturbed." I respond and he looked at me questioning with his eyes. "Henry." I tell him.
