Zane's POV
Standing in front of the window looking how rain and wind bullied the trees. I put my hand on the glass thinking it would be freezing but it felt warm. I walked up even closer with a want to go out and see how merciless it was but before I could do that Mason ran up to me. By his expression he was panicking but said nothing as he tried to calm his breathing. Something happened, I started walking the way he came and he followed after.
"Zane something bad is happening." He voiced out.
"I can see." I respond to the male and he nodded his head.
"Mike and Henry are fighting and no one can stop them, it's going to be bloody, you have to help." He begged but I had to really think about it. I didn't like Mike so I wasn't caring what's going to happen to him. Henry was annoying my friend too much.
"Why? Maybe it would be for the best." I answered.
"Please." He insisted even more. "Everyone's scared, you have to help us." He repeated his pleases grabbing my arm so I wouldn't leave.
"Okay." I said sighing. He jumped in happiness and then dragged me to the first floor. We came in the dinning hall. I saw Mike hitting Henry in the jaw both have bruised hands and faces a bit ripped clothes maybe from pulling one another.
"What's going on here?" I shouted making both boys turn my way. Mike had no intention of listening as he came running my way to hit me. I grabbed his left hand that wanted to punch me pulling it to my right side and hitting him in the stomach with my knee. It was enough for the furious guy to fall to the ground. Henry saw how I layed the man in one hit and stayed where he was, afraid to challenge me.
"Explain." I simply said scaring the standing male, it even made him take a step back.
"We're just having an argument." He told avoiding to look at me.
"So your arguments are fists and not words. How did it start?" I questioned again not liking the way he was hiding the problem.
"It's not your business." He said after he encouraged himself. I glared at the man making him shiver from head to toe. I stepped more in the room getting Henry to move backwards.
"If you want to express your feeling go find a room nobody goes to! You blind heads don't see that this is scaring the others in the house! One more time someone comes to me for help to stop the fight those two fighting kangaroos will get locked until they have remorse for their actions!" I loudly told for everyone to hear. I wasn't expecting the whole room get startled.
"He talked bad about people inside here." Henry explained.
"How horrible, next time keep your composure just because he said something doesn't mean you need to use fists to counter back his words." I judged the male at his doing. I pointed to my head. "Think." As the commotion was over I walked out of the room. This is madness.
I walked straight to the second floor and stepped in the balcony. Strong wind brushed my clothes as I firmly stood. Tomorrow is the last day, obviously someone's going to die as choas is in the house but which one is going to do it, was a question.
"Say what you want." I told the girl that a second ago opened the door and did her best to stand in this harsh wind as rain wasn't falling anymore.
"Zane, do you think Nathan is coming back?" Hailey asked worried about the mentioned boy. For few seconds I didn't say a word but she patiently waited to hear me.
"He'll be back." I answered remembering the notes both of us got from the kidnapper. He wanted us to learn, we had to stay till the end.
"I really like him, I don't know why but his character is different as if making people to fall in love with him." She mumbled. I turn to look at her, she was leaning on the door caressing her right arm with the left one. Her eyes searching for a place to look at.
