I had my eyes closed for a short while before I saw Airmed curled up in the seat across from me. Her red hair was tousled all over and caked in dirt.

I looked at her over through my lashes just in case she saw me. My heart pounded at the thought of her under me. But it quickly rotted away when I saw the small pink burns on her wrist.

My stomach shot up sour bile into my throat. The smell of the burning flesh of my mother ran through my brain. I pushed out a hard scoff. 'I'm nothing like him.' but my eyes wandered over her again. The pink burns were slightly healed but still visible. The sourness returned. I couldn't even look at her without seeing the mistake I've done with her.

I gripped my jeans and tried to get over it. If she was just some random stranger then I wouldn't fucking care. I wouldn't even care if I set her in a blaze while I was on top of her. So why....why does she haunt me?

I looked back over and a few strands of hair fell on her face. She looked so innocent, so frail. I felt my mouth open slightly. I felt an itch for her to be under me again. She felt so soft under my hands. But those ugly scars showed the abuse that she went through.

I pulled my eyes away when I felt a blush creep up on my face. After this, after she gives me the answers I want I'm done with her. There is no point in her following me around like a lost puppy.

Some time went by and the bus came to a stop. It was closer to the apartments but still a bit of a walk. I stopped up and looked at the girl. "It's time to wake up." My voice came out scorn, and hot.

Airmed fluttered her eyes opened. With a yawn, she rubbed her eyes and then looked around. Blue orbs landed on me. At first, they were wide but softened when she realized where she was. I stood there looking down at her with my hands in the pockets of my jeans.

Her eye felt like they were looking into my soul. I turned quickly and started walking out. She quickly jumped to her feet to follow me.

We walked on the sidewalk as the bus drove on. It was dead silence between us. I kept my eyes in front of me as the tension grew. It was growing thicker the closer we got to the apartments.

I opened the door and walked inside I could feel eyes on me, which was normal. But this time I'm fucking annoyed before I turned to set the place ablaze. I felt a soft hand grasp tenderly around my mind. Airmed started leading me up that stairs.

We made it to our floor and she was about to lead me to hers but stopped in front of the door. She let go and pulled her hands to her chest. "I....I... Don't have anything in there."

I watched as she turned to me and lowered her head. I sighed and nodded my head to take her to mine. I turned and walked maybe a door or two down.

I opened the door and then saw her speedily walk over to me. She walked in curled into herself like anything she touched would hurt her. I walked in behind her and went to the fridge.

I pulled out a beer and turned her offering it to her. She gave me a confused look but slowly walked over and took it. I couldn't help but smile slightly as I grabbed another.

As my head was in the fridge I heard a click and a hiss of her opening the can. I turned and I'm glad I did. I saw her sniff it and made a disgusted face, among with a small ugh sound with it. Then she sipped it. She filled her face back and hissed out a disgusted sound.

I couldn't help but laugh at her. She was truly innocent, almost sad how much she was. I opened my and took a few gulps before walking past her and plopping on the couch.
