-Dabi-

It's been hours, since I heard Airmed start to snore. I mean the girl can put some of the guys I use to know to shame. But at lest I know she's alive. We had both fallen asleep. But I woken up not long after. Air rolled over to her other side freeing me from her grasp.

I got up trying not to disturb her and grabbed my pants. I walked over and out to the balcony. I pulled out a cigarette and started to smoke it.

God I never came that hard nor that much before, let alone be vocal. I closed my eyes as I leaned over the railing. My mind was racing.

Part of me wants to grab my stuff and leave while the majority is telling me to stay. Even the damn basturd in my chest is scream for me to stay.

Which I don't get ushally I fuck the girl or guy and then I am fine after words. I didn't care about them. I looked over my shoulder to Airmed. Still sleeping away, but she had to be different. Other wise there was no reason why I grew so attached to her. Let alone worship her like I did earlier. It was cute how she hid her perfect body from me.

I looked back to the outside to take a long drag. As the smoke escaped my lungs there was a red feather the landed on the railing.

"Is there a reason why your here you damn over grown turkey?" I playfully growled at him.

"Well I hear her scream but turns out she wasn't screaming in pain" he teased back.

I turned around and saw him laying on the roof with his arms behind his head, supporting it. I place the cigarette in my mouth and crossed my arms.

"Oh?" I poked at him.

I saw his golden slit eyes move over to me. "Yeah you never made a sound when you were getting sucked by me." His face was serious but his eyes narrowed demanding answers.

I couldn't help but to let out a cocky chuckle. "Yeah well, your mouth need some work."

Hawks sat up and gave me a death glare. "Fuck you." I pulled the cigarette out.

"Sorry birdy I'm a out... nothing. Not even IOUs."

Hawks jumped off the roof and fluttered above me. Appently it looked like he was jealous of Airmed.

"Guys..." Airmed's groggy voice rang out. We both looked back and there she stood with my stained white top on rubbing her eye. "Can we just get along?" She yawned out.

Both of us watched as she stumbled out to us. She rammed her body into mine making my hands fly up.

"Warm." Her voice was still soft but comforting.

I watched as Hawks placed his hands on his hips and shaked his head. "No wonder." He was quite but his eyes locked on to her, like he was trying to study her. "Every where she goes she can calm people down, cant she?" His voice was only an octave above a whisper.

I looked down at her. She was nuzzed into my bear chest wrapping her arms around me. I place the cigarette back in my mouth and leand agist the railing so she can support her self on me.

"Yeah." I said as I took a drag. "She seems to do that." I wrapped my arms around her waist and I here a content moan, then followed by soft snore. The damn girl had fallen asleep standing up.

"So why her zombie man?" He questioning why I was with her?

"I..." I didn't know an answer. She didn't deserve any of the shit the girl went through and hell she deserves so much better then what I can offer her. But he will push until he got an answer.

"She reminds me of a better time. Like she is a breath of fresh air." I looked down her and and finished the cigarette and flicking it out in the yard. "She has been through so much but never let it weighed her down." I rubbed the back of her head petting the messy hair back down.

I felt Hawks eyes drooped down and looked at her. Not as jealous of her but was in wanting to understand stand. "The girl never talked bad about anyone, expet when I pushed for answers about her family, or about Bull. She acted like she deserved all of it." His eyes narrowed and I could see the pitty change to anger. "But She didn't!" He raised his voice and his feather ruffled around us.

I felt Airmed shift. "Angel. You're loud." She nuzzled back into my chest. I couldn't help but to hold in a laugh, and pat Airmed head again.

Hawks froze, like his slits were wide and took up his hole face. "An-angel?" His voice was gasping at the compliment. He look at me and then his face light up like a Christmas tree.

"Whats got you all jetery?" I teased.

"Never been called that one before. But I'll take it." He was grinning ear to ear as he leaned agist the siding.

"Man you sure are all over the place. First you hated her, then you pittied her, now you like her. Pick one and stay with it more then five seconds will you?"

He looked at me. "I never hated her, she was just..." He rubbed his face. "She was like a story book type of hero. One that never thinks about sacrificing them selfes to save others. But I wished she would be selfish. If she has to. He looked at her her between his fingers.

I shifted a little and I felt her trying to find a comfortable spot. "Look bird brain. She is what she is, and I wouldn't change a hair on her head."

Hawks acrossed his arms. "Agreed." His eyes wondered back on to me. "So keep her safe." He pushed him self off of the siding and walked past me. He hiked I'm self over the railing and looked back giving us a salute. After he opened his wings and flew off.

I watched him as he left and then looked back at Airmed. "I'll will give my life up to keep her safe." I answered.
