SCP 7520 was completely different to the two before. It was Izuku's domain, because it was all about an individual with an extremely unique quirk, born during a time when quirks were considered anomalous. His file began with three simple, but disturbing lines.
Anomalous 7520: Stealer of Souls
Villain Alias: All For One
Object Class: Keter
The fact that this person was considered a villain in the eyes of the public... if all records of him hadn't been erased by a combination of Foundation, Japanese Government... and Allmight's efforts. Whoever this guy was, he was bad news.
The Object Class alone was enough to worry. Now, when it came to the three main classes, those being: Safe, Euclid, and Keter, it wasn't referring to how lethal the object was to humans. No, it referred to how difficult it was to contain, and how potentially dangerous to reality they were. For instance... 5079? Safe. She willingly complied, was employed by the Foundation, and the effect was not anything that needed to be interacted with... although her status may have changed to Understood after the fact. 7390? He was Euclid classification. Sure, he did escape, many times, in fact, but he could be contained with a little extra effort, and on the whole, the scale of his threat was nothing to really worry about.
This man, however... he was on a whole other level. 200 years ago, he caused chaos in the world. He was responsible for many of the tragedies that people faced during the chaos of transitioning periods. His influence was enormous, and it seemed to subside 5 years ago...
Wait, that was around the time that Allmight got his injury. No wonder he dissuaded him from outright heroism. Without a quirk, or worse, a quirk like his, he'd only be a liability in the field.
And there was evidence that he may still be alive.
Due to the man's elusiveness, there was no subject to interview, only whispers that he was still alive. This was his forte, quirk analysis. The Foundation staff before him believed that he had a god quirk, but it just didn't add up to Izuku. If he had a god quirk, his power would've killed/wounded him when it activated... every quirk has a downside. Especially the powerful ones. He remembered his own quirk awakening... and how it required him to nearly die... Shaking his head, Izuku went back on point. That much is clear. There has to be something else to this... He thought about everything he knew about quirks, then came to the startling realization. His quirk isn't so straightforward... he's just a thief. If he started out with all of them, he would've never had moderation... his quirk has to be the ability to steal them... but how would that work? Would it be a process to copy and rearrange people's DNA? As he thought about the conundrum, he thought about the conversation with Springtrap.
17 hours earlier:
After a long period of discussion, Izuku was finalizing his notes into his journal when the mechanical golden rabbit made an interesting point. "You kn-know... y-you remind m-me of someone..."
Keeping an eye on him, the boy paused, "Really?"
The rabbit paused. "Y-yeah... 150 years or s-so ago, a m-man wanted to t-talk t-to me about my immortality. He th-thought it was m-my... what di-did he c-call it? Meta-ability-ty? L-Load of crock... and th-thought he c-could take it! It-it was t-to funny that th-the crook thought he c-could t-take what had to b-be earned..." He analyzed Izuku with narrowed eyes. As if making some sort of bizzare connection. "Looked similar t-to you... although y-you project a Remnant aura... y-you look like him, although, m-maybe m-my memory isn't what-at it used t-to be..." Midoriya had no idea what to make of this, but tucked it into the back of his mind for later...
