Today was the day he would have his first experience with a Mobile Task Force... and leading said task force. He'd never had to work with one before during his time at the Foundation, but it was crucial to get acclimated to doing so. And this one was an expert in Urban Containment. Pi-1, otherwise known as "City Slickers", waited for him to arrive. Their staging area was an abandoned warehouse in the Kamino district, close to where the auction was. As there were rumors of multiple SCP entities attending the auction, with notable inclusions being a supposed instance of 3288, and, of course, the lead on 7520, entities that very much would be ideal to track down afterwards. Now, during the auction, MC&D would enforce neutrality, given their unrivalled power and monetary position. After, though... that'd be when they, (the target, not MC&D... that'd be suicide) would be struck. So, when Izuku's ride pulled up, with him and Eve in tow, they were already in the middle of preparing their gear. Stepping out of the vehicle, Izuku and Eve walked towards the designated command tent, as directed by a private first class.

When the two entered, there was a mature gentleman sitting next to a man who was the commander of Pi-1. They were already discussing the relevant objectives, but halted when they heard them enter. The gentleman began first, "Good morning. I heard we'd be meeting with another to discuss mission priorities?"

With a nod, the green haired boy sat down opposite them, with Eve to his right. With a calm expression, he introduced himself... "Yes. I am Izuku Midoriya..."
But was interrupted by the flamboyantly dressed man. "Now, Now, come clean, Bright, I've seen that pendant before." He gestured to the amulet he was required to wear visibly at all times.

Annoyed by the interruption, he spoke evenly, his eyes not leaving the man in question. "Things change. Due to an interaction between my latent quirk and his pendant, Dr. Bright is no longer in the pendant. I am. So please do not insult us both by interrupting like that again."

He narrowed his eyes before shrugging. Not one to dwell on annoyances, they agreed for it. "Very well."

"Anyway..." Izuku cleared his throat, continuing on. "As I was saying, while your primary focus is SCP 500, mine is a specific target there. A representative for SCP 7520."
They nodded, aware of the man in question, and now seeing the bigger picture here. While they were more interested in acquiring a different item, their interests aligned here. The mustached man smiled, glad that they weren't competing. "Alright. Now I know why you were brought in."
The green haired boy soldiered on, explaining the context behind his involvement, to bury any potential future misunderstandings. "I've been on assignment here for months tracking him down, since his organization, dubbed the "League of Villains", has become more active in that time period. This is the closest we've come to finding him. So that is why Director Rabenherz asked for your assistance with this."

The Commander spoke next this time, "Right. That makes sense. Could I give you two the rundown of the operation we've planned?"

"Sure." Izuku nodded, listening intently as he began.

It was straightforward, simple even, comparing it to even civilian police raids. "So, the plan is we'll hopefully acquire SCP 500 peacefully. Most GOI's respect MC&D's neutral stance, and we are one of them in this case. If that fails, the City Slickers will follow the target to their destination, covertly. Meanwhile, an undercover squad under your direction..." He gestured to Midoriya, "Will search for the representative from 7520 to follow up on their investigation. Am I correct?" Izuku nodded in agreement to that statement, which made the other two at ease. They had their own problems, and they didn't need infighting as one of themself.

With expressions of satisfaction, the mustached man answered the question: "Good that we came to an agreement about this. Makes preparations much easier. I'll introduce you to your squad."
