With the reports done, the first thing Izuku did the following day was bring them straight to his foster mother. She sat in her office, going over paperwork when there was a knock on the door. She knew from the knock who it was, and smiled. "Enter!"

Izuku brought the two files to her, placing them on the desk. She went through 7390's first. After reading the part about Remnant and its interactions with 963-1, she nodded, glad to have that on file. "So that's why he didn't attack Bright on sight. Their anomalous properties are similar... Good work."

Immediately, she turned her attention to the other file. It had more information than Dr. Bright had, but that is because of his own memories. She frowned for a moment, but... raised an eyebrow in curiousity. "Incredible new insight... All For One, kept a proper secret from us by Allmight? And I thought that blond idiot didn't have it in him..." She missed that Izuku's eyes widened as she had just revealed that she had worked with Allmight before him. Ignoring her foster son's mental dillema, Isa's eyes widened at the theory listed at the bottom of the file. Glancing up, she met his eyes, and he wilted slightly under the pressure. Instead of chastisement, she merely asked, "Do you believe this?"

Izuku spoke up, finding his voice after nearly losing it. "It's... conjecture, and just a theory, but I believe its the case. Events line up too much for me." The point they were both referring to, of course, was the fact that he had just theorized that his missing father was considered an anomaly by the Foundation, and that he was a 200 year old supervillain.

Sighing, Rabenherz closed the file. "We'll keep investigating. It's good you listed it as a theory, and not a fact. O5 would bring its attention bearing down upon you if you didn't go through the scientific process." Despite the small headache that this particular file turned out to be, she still smiled at his work. "Well done. You completed the tasks I set before you with days to spare. You have proven yourself are now an official part of the Foundation." Izuku couldn't help but smile brightly at the praise... However it only lasted for a moment, as there was a new set of orders coming in. "Now that the task I gave you is complete... I have a new one for you. It will involve your new assistant, as well. It is related to the last one. You are the only one under my command I can trust with this. Do you understand?"

Nodding, he agreed immediately. "Y-Yes!"
With a relaxed tone, but still pointed, she continued, "Good. Can you get her to come here? I don't want this task revealed to those who are not privy to it."

"Right!" He pulled out his phone and quickly sent a text to Eve, that Dr. Rabenherz requested her presence here. After a few minutes, there was another knock on the door. Isa opened it from her desk, allowing Eve to enter the room. The door closed behind her with a hiss, and a metallic click.

After the new C-Class Foundation assistant arrived and made herself comfortable, Isa asked Eve directly, "Do you know why you are here?"
"Just that you requested my presence, Director."
That was satisfactory, as she wanted to inform them both at the same time. "Good. Now, both of you are going to be my contact between myself and Site 739 here in Japan. I will be having you blend into that environment in order to gain more information on 7520. The director of that site has reported increased "villain" activity, with an event at a sub-site including an entity comprised of multiple quirks. Your presumption that 7520 is still alive will be the explanation for this new entity type, dubbed as "Nomu" by those who used it."

While he didn't know all of the locations, he did understand that it had to be someplace in Japan, at least. "Site Seven-Five-Nine... where is that?"
Smiling knowingly, she stated to him: "You already know the name, even if you do not realize it. The "Hero Factory" Site, Seven-Five-Nine, is known as UA High School. You and Eve will be going undercover as possible transfer students. Site Director Nezu will know of your arrival and true nature, but nobody else will. You will be taken under his wing as a personal student."
