I woke up, yelling my head off. I practiced harder with - well, everything during the few weeks while Arya was in the infirmary. I was improving slightly on my archery, at least I could hit the black ring. Arya found out she could charm-sing, which was really cool! The Hunters of Artemis had also come for a couple of weeks.

It was really uneventful, until... one day at lunchtime. Most people were either eating or chatting with friends. Rachel suddenly stood up and pointed right at Arya. Then she foresaw some prophecy. I couldn't hear what she was saying, but I could see the green curling wisps of smoke covering her eyes. Arya had to go and kill Python's daughter. I had no idea he even had a CHILD.

"Well, uh, Arya. Choose your other two heroes to accompany you." Chiron said.

"I pick Astra and Huntress Amara."

Oh, ****! I shouted in my head. I had rejected all quests that others asked me on since when I had to go to Libya.

Amara excitedly nodded, "Yes!!" She was one of the Hunters of Artemis  that I kind of knew and we were kind of friends, but didn't talk to each other as much.

I hesitated. Everyone was looking at me, and my social anxiety was firing up. I didn't like to be the centre of attention either. I thought for a moment, then said, ".....ok, I accept." I didn't want to let Arya down, but that would have made the quest even more dangerous.

Chiron sent us off to pack. I was immediately freaking out, wondering if I had fricked up this time. I just took the necessary items, a few drachmas just in case and my dagger-sword, of course. I didn't bring my books with me because if I died, I didn't want my books to die with me. I'm thoughtful this way. They fit into my backpack. I'll tell you a secret, my backpack is one of those neverending ones. Not the Camp Half-Blood ones though. All of us were given a bag of ambrosia, and a flask of nectar.

Welp, I was very muchly fricked up.
