Iylla's POV

"Hello?" The muffled voice shocked everyone into stunned silence. Bakugo looked down at me, the biggest huh expression on his face. "I've got a pizza delivery here."

Then, when everyone was eyeing the door, a loud and booming voice crashed through the wall that led out to the street.

Uncle Mic?

"SMASH!" Through the hole in the wall, All Might appeared. All Might threw a punch at the air, sending a blast at the villains. I held my arm up to shield my eyes against the current, but I couldn't close them. I stared at All Might, suddenly feeling what everyone else felt when they look at All Might.

Hope.

The number one hero was here, and he came for me.

Oh, these idiots are so screwed now.

"Kurogiri! Gate!" Shigiraki shouted for his right man to help them escape, but two other heroes emerged.

"Pre-emptive Binding: Lacquered Chain Prison!" One of the Pro heroes shouted his special move, capturing half of the villains in the branches extending from his arm. If I wasn't mistaken, this pro was a newbie hero. I think his name was Kamui Woods, and he had a wood-based quirk.

"Kraken!" The other, more familiar, hero stretched his arm out, capturing the other half of the villains in his tentacles.

Tama.

If I had the energy, I probably would have rushed to my older brother out of a desperate need to be close to him. When his gaze fell on me, his hardened expression crumbled. Tama's hero costume flowed in the breeze that swept in from outside, giving him that cliche hero look.

If I had the energy, I probably would have rushed to my older brother out of a desperate need to feel safe. When his gaze fell on me, his hardened expression crumbled. Relief poured into the space between us, and I knew he wanted to run to me as much as I did to him. Tama's hero costume flowed in the breeze that swept in from outside, giving him that cliche hero look.

"Pfft, that's all you got?" Dabi scoffed, lighting up his body in flames. Whatever had possessed him to let me go earlier had now faded entirely. "I'll take care of you two easy."

Before he could get any fire off, something zoomed past All Might, hitting Dabi right in the head and knocking him out cold.

"Don't do anything foolish!" Gran Torino, the hero Midoriya did his internship with, said. "It's in your best interest to cooperate with us."

I'm sorry for calling you a grandpa before, Gran Torino. Thank you.

All Might turned to Kamui Woods and Tama, then to Gran Torino, thanking them for their work. "JUST WHAT I'D EXPECT FROM TWO COMPETENT BUDDING HEROES AND A VETERAN PRO WHO MOVES FASTER THAN THE EYE CAN SEE!"

Bakugo knelt next to me, throwing my arm over his shoulder. "It's time to get up, you lazy bum."

"Excuse you!" I yelled in his ear. "You're the one who said to stay down!"

"Honestly, I can't believe you actually listened."

"YOU CAN'T RUN ANYMORE, VILLAINS," All Might startled me into submission, his voice never sounding more threatening than it did right now, and I could tell Bakugo felt the same way. "BECAUSE WE ARE HERE NOW!"

"But... the press conference. The principal said they hadn't found us yet!" Mr. Compress said, genuinely unsure of how this was happening. "They had this ruse planned the entire time!"

Smart. I mused, impressed with the detailed plan the police put together. But if the police and heroes were that dedicated to keeping the attack under wraps, then my dad was likely off somewhere playing it low-key. My guess, now that the attack has begun, he's probably hurrying to me as we speak.
