Iylla's POV

The halls of UA University were overrun by the number of students passing through them. They were all rushing to find their lockers before class started in ten minutes, but not me. I arrived nearly half an hour ago to find my locker, classroom, and a general understanding of the school layout. Preparedness was a virtue instilled in me by my dad, who was always prepared for any eventuality.

I had hoped that I would be facing UA University with my twin brother by my side, but unfortunately, he did not make it into the hero course. My twin and I did not share the same quirk, but like me, he had a quirk that was too ineffective. Unlike me, he never took our dad's training and advice seriously. He was convinced that his quirk could take him anywhere he wanted to go.

The day we got our results back was a weird one. First, there was the excitement of finding out that I made it into UA's Class 1A. Second, there was the disappointment of finding out that my brother didn't make it into class 1a or 1b. Then finally, there was the awkward silence of us trying to figure out if we should celebrate or not. I shook the thoughts of that day out of my head and focused on my destination.

While my fellow students hustled and bustled through the halls, I cruised at a leisurely pace towards class 1A. While I walked, I pulled at the collar around my neck, In an attempt to get some space between me and the shirt trying to strangle me.

I received weird looks from the teachers in the hallways, but I was prepared for them. My dad had warned me that the teachers might oppose my decision to wear the boy's uniform instead of the girls.

Sorry teachers, but I'm not really a skirt kind of girl.

When I got to the classroom, I pulled the door open and noticed that there was already somebody there.

"Hello," the boy stood from his desk and came up to me, holding his hand out. "My name is Tenya Ida. It's a pleasure to meet you."

I was so surprised that someone had actually beaten me to class, that I almost didn't recognize the boy. It was the same tall, broad-shouldered, and dark blue-haired boy that asked about the number of villains that would be in the practical exam.

"Iylla." I shook his hand.

So this was Ingenium's younger brother?

Since my dad was a Pro Hero, I had a pretty detailed knowledge of all kinds of heroes and their immediate families. My dad liked to operate on the down-low, so even though Ida probably had access to all the same information that I did, he probably wouldn't recognize me.

"Is that a first name? Is there something else that I should address you as or..." He trailed off as he waited for an answer.

"Iylla is fine, thanks."

Ida smiled, his dark blue eyes poured into my black ones.

"Uhh, the desks are labeled with our names." He hastily dropped my hand and gestured behind him "I'll help you look for yours."

"That's okay. I think I can manage on my own." I gave a small grin at the way he turned slightly red.

"Of course." he nodded his head as I walked away.

He headed back for his seat and I started to browse the desks. While I searched for mine I noticed a desk in the front that was labeled; Mashirao Ojiro. My face probably didn't reflect the joy that I felt upon realizing he made it into UA.

I continued the search for my desk and found it between someone named Izuku Midoriya and a Momo Yaoyorozu. On my way to my desk, I noticed that Katsuki Bakugo's desk was only two desks in front of mine. He was two in front of me, again. Two points, two seats. The fact that Bakugo finished two points in front of me at the entrance exam and was now seated two seats in front of me irritated me to no end.
