My breath hitched as I looked at Mathew in the hospital gown.

Tears slowly flowed down my cheeks and I sighed, I can't believe I didn't trust my brothers.

Thinking they were drug dealers or working with dad, and I fought with them about not trusting me. Such a hypocrite I am...

I sat on the chairs and gazed at the floor, the seats beside me groaned and I looked at my brother's tearful eyes.

"We didn't want you to find out like this," Noah said with a frown.

"Why didn't I know?" I mumbled.

He side hugged me and squeezed me to himself, I wrapped my arms around his waist.

"They said he was getting better," Oliver said.

"He had only a few episodes," Ethan said softly as if I would break like a porcelain doll.

"They don't know the cause as of yet," Oliver said.

I stayed silent as I heard what they're saying, still pressed against Noah.

"He-" David voice broke, "he is a strong guy."

The tears continued to flow down and I felt Noah's tears also running down and dropping on my arms.

"Davidsons family?" A nurse stood in front of us.

We stood up and Ethan said, "yes that would be us."

"We wanted you to sign this," she handed Ethan a clipboard with a paper.

"What's it for?" He asked.

"We wanted to draw blood for testing along with doing an MRI and if needed a CT scan," she said, "he's showing signs of something and we want to make sure it's what we think it is, and as we know the history..."

Ethan signed the paper and handed it to her, "it's alright thank you."

She nodded her head and left.

"Isn't a guardian supposed to sign that?" I asked looking at Ethan.

"Yes but Mathew signed a paper in the beginning stating he gives the rights to any of us brothers to sign the paper as his guardian."

I nodded my head and gulped, "how long-?"

"Less than a year," Oliver responded.

I looked at him and he looked down, I opened my mouth to tell him something but thought against it.

I sat down on the chairs and they wordlessly sat beside me.

A few hours passed as we sat, and every once in a while one of us would get tea or coffee to drink along with a snack from the hospital grocery.

Liam came rushing to the chairs, "you guys!"

We looked up at him, "they found it!"

We slowly stood up but no one said a thing.

I sighed and asked, "what did you find?"

"They.. they the doctors, found what's causing the problems!"

"Which is?" I asked.

He shook his head and grabbed my hand to pull me.

All my brothers soon followed, although I'm not sure if it's because of Liam's grip on my hand or concern with what's going on with Mathew. Although it could be a bit of both?

We stopped in front a door with golden plate on it, Dr. Stone: Neurologist.

"Oh good you are here," the replica of Liam with slight wrinkles said.
