My favorite class, music. Unlike my last school who only had selected courses, it looked like this music class covered literally everything. The class was located in a separate building from the school. It was in the back of what seemed to be the auditorium. The soundproof room was huge, and I saw instruments everywhere. I watched as everyone worked on projects they had already started. If I would've known I would've brought my guitar. I guess I could play around with the piano that has yet to be occupied.

"I'll be right back," I told Nick and Gabe who were working on their project. I walk over to it and sit down. I haven't been able to play one since I went to church. Let's see just how much I remember. I begin playing around with the keys, remembering the order of a song I used to play all the time.

"Hey I know that one," the sudden british accent startled me causing for me to press the wrong keys on accident. "Oops, sorry," he laughed lightly while sitting next to me. "I didn't mean to scare ya. Remember me?" He asked. It was the guy from my first hour.

"Yeah, you're Oliver."

His eyebrows raised, "Wow, you even remembered my name." He chuckled. "So you play?" He pressed some of the keys.

"It's been a while, I would like to start again though." I told him while letting my posture falter, and putting my hands in my lap.

"I could use a pianist in my band you know," he suggested and I shook my head. "O-oh no I'm okay! Thank you though," I laughed awkwardly.

Another guy walked over to us with short blonde hair, "Hey Oliver, we need to practice." He told the boy.

"It was nice talking to you Kellin, I hope we can talk more."

"I'll see you guys tonight," Justin tells his group of friends right before we get on the bus.

"I'll be around your house to pick you both up in the next few hours," Nick said.

"Heard!" Justin directed me to the seat he wanted to sit at.

"My headphones are going in, you good?" He asked me.

I nodded, "Yeah I'm fine! I'll put mine in too. Tap me when it's time to get off please." That was the last word said before both of our headphones were in. My fresh start was honestly starting off better than I thought. I wasn't expecting to already be added into a group due to how home life used to be. I'm starting to think that my father was just a storm cloud hung over us. It's crazy how things can make an 180 degree turn once you've gotten away from a toxic source. I've seem to have made a few acquaintances already! I didn't have that much back in Michigan.

Once Justin and I were home, I immediately went to my suitcases to see what I could wear for tonight. I need to unpack these. All I seem to have in here is band t-shirts and flannels. Would that be cute enough for a party?

"How was your first day today?" Justin asked, pulling out an outfit from his closet. He was wearing a plain white shirt with camel colored joggers.

"It was honestly pretty good. Found out Nick and Jack are in one of my classes." I pulled out a darker pair of ripped jeans I had, and a forest green and black flannel. Maybe I could wear just a flannel? I didn't think picking an outfit for a party would be so hard. I feel like I've got nothing to wear.

"That's cool! I'm happy to see you guys getting along." Justin came over to my bed, looking over the outfits I've picked out.

"These are cute, but I have this top I think would go super cute with those pants." The male walked over to his closet and pulled out a black v-neck shirt.
