It was two months after the wildest trip of my life. We couldn't keep our hands off each other after that first time. Even though I found myself still sore that morning we went again, and many more times during our time alone. It was yet another weekend at Vic's only this time the whole group was there. I should've been with the group but I was stuck in the bathroom, emptying the contents of my stomach yet again. That was the third time this week, not to mention how much I've felt sick in general.
"Baby?" Vic pushed the door open.
"Give me a moment," I tell him as I catch my breath and clean myself up.
"I think it's time for you to visit the doctor. You've gotten sick a lot this week, that doesn't seem normal." Vic hasn't gotten sick which is why I haven't been. To my knowledge whatever it is isn't contagious. I don't need people poking and prodding at me for no reason, I'll try some different methods.
"I'm good," I shake my head, "I don't need to go. I'll be fine." I let my eyes close becoming more aware to the coolness of the wall as I let my dizzy spell pass. "See I'm feeling better already," I began to get up but swayed slightly almost losing my balance and Vic noticing reached to help me stand. I rinsed my mouth after washing my hands.
"No one just gets sick like that, Kell. Could you at least go check?" He asked as we walked out of the bathroom.
"I'll at least give it a couple more days, I really don't want to go to the doctors." I explained knowing that's not enough for him but I know he'll take it for now hearing I'm at least considering it.
"Fine. If you don't get well soon I'll take you myself." Vic looked at me intensely with raised eyebrows. My steps come to a pause hearing my mom's ringtone. "Okay okay, I've gotta take this. I'll be in the living room in one sec," I tell Vic and he nods, and walks away.

"Hello?" I answer.
A whisper came through the phone, "Don't come home." My stomach dropped, the color drained from my face. Through the phone I hear someone banging on the door, hearing that familiar terrifying voice yelling things I couldn't make out.
"What's going on?" I asked worriedly. Maybe I didn't hear that right. There's no way...
"I think your dad found me through the divorce and-" Mom shrieked then sounded as if she were struggling, " Just don't come home okay I'm gonna handle this!" I heard more banging and the sound of wood breaking.
"Mary, open this fucking door!!" I heard my father say before more banging sounds ensued.
"Just leave me alone, Wade! I don't want anything to do with you anymore!" She screamed. Why won't she let me help? Why doesn't she want me to??
"But mom-" The line was cut.

How could he have found us?? Must've gotten our address through the papers. Surely she was calling the police now right? She told me not to come, but what if he breaks through the door? He's gonna kill her. I've got to try and help her!

I ran out to the balcony area, sitting down to quickly slip my shoes on, "Sorry to interrupt but m-my moms in trouble and I have to go now."
Vic stood up, "What's wrong?" He grabbed his keys.
"My father found us, and he's breaking into the house." I could see the color drain from both Vic and Justin's faces.
"Oh shit. We gotta get back, I'll call the police on the way," Justin hurried and slipped his shoes on too as he brought the phone to his ear.
"Do we need to come?" Austin asked, standing up and I shook my head.
"I don't want any of you guys to get caught up in my mess, I really don't even want Vic or Justin going. You guys don't know what he's like," I admit. And I didn't wan them to see it either. "You're sure as hell not going alone, we're gonna help." Vic said matter-of-factly.
In no time we were in the car and on the way to Aunt Jennifer's. As Justin called the police I tried calling Mom again and to my dismay she didn't pick up. I tried to call again and this time it went straight to her voicemail. Vic parked a couple houses away from aunt Jennifer's to be discreet.

"I know we want to do something quickly, but is there really anything we can do?" Vic asked and I shrugged. I didn't think we'd have to deal with this again, so I haven't thought this far.
I can't believe that asshole found us. You'd think he wouldn't want to make the trip all the way here but I guess he needs his control over us that terribly. I couldn't stand going back to that house with him, I won't let him take either of us back. I refuse to let him, I've got to distract him now.
"I need him away from my mom, I don't care what we do." The car fell silent for a few moments, it only pushing my stomach farther to my toes. I was going to go crazy just sitting there. I said, "The cops are on their way right?" Justin nodded and without another thought I hopped out of the car running toward the door.
"Kellin!" Vic ran after me, I glanced back noticing Justin seemed to stay. I ran up to the door that was now practically broken off its hinges and left open. As soon as we entered the home Vic stepped in front of me to lead. My body shook as we crept up the stairs, it being oddly silent. I wanted to whisper her name but I knew my father had to be here. Vic didn't allow me to leave the staircase until he made sure it was safe. We then went into my mother and Jenna's room who's door was also damaged.
