"Mr. Reed, I'd just like to make this very clear to you. Before you continue with contesting Mr. Taylor's Will, I have statements from a few of your previous colleagues with some information that makes me question your motives?" Judge Thompson states

"Your Honor, my client is just wanting what his best friend of close to twenty years and honor his wishes with his first Will of my client Mr. Reed to be the guardian of the late Glenn Taylor's son Kyle. I have the Will right here your Honor" Announced Mr. Reed's attorney Mr. Kieth Kirkwood.

"May I see the document please Mr. Kirkwood". Judge Thomspon requested

"Yes, your Honor," Mr. Kirkwood said as he approached the bench handing the document over to Judge Thompson. 

"Mr. Duncan, were you aware of Dr. Glenn Taylor's first Will?" Judge Thompson asked

"Yes, you Honor, however, I have the completed document because I highly doubt that Mr. Reed has his because of what it states." Mr. Duncan replied

"Oh, is that so. Mr. Kirkwood, is your client withholding pages from this document that you just handed me?" Judge Thompson ordered

"Your Honor, my client has moved several times and to the best of his ability, those are the documents that he has." Mr. Kirkwood stated

"Before I break for a ten-minute recess so that I can look over these documents in my chambers, I want you to know Mr. Reed that you have a chance to walk away from this and never look back and not disrupt the young life of Kyle Taylor, would you like to continue with contesting the Will?" Judge Thompson commenced.

"Your Honor, may I ask Uncle Steve a question please?" Kyle asked raising his hand

"You may young man, that is if both lawyers are okay with you asking a question?" Judge Thomspon said

Both lawyers agreed that Kyle could ask a question.

"You may ask your question, Mr. Taylor" The Judge stated

"Thank you, your Honor, " Kyle then stands up and turns to look at his Uncle Steeve and says "Uncle Steve, why now?" 

"Why now what?" Steve Reed answers

"Why do you want me now, we haven't or I haven't seen you in a few years, so why now?" Kyle asked

"That's a very good question young man, Mr. Reed, please answer that question?" Judge Thompson said

"Well, it's what your dad wanted, he wanted me to take care of you if something should ever happen to him."  Steve Reed replied

"So this has nothing to do with the money?" Kyle asked

"Excuse me, your Honor, that's another question, my client wasn't prepared for any types of questions." Mr. Kirkwood replied

"Mr. Kirkwood,  you are telling me that your client that is contesting a Will is not prepared to answer any question?" Judge Thompson asked

"Well, your Honor, he is prepared to answer questions from you but not some kid?" Mr. Kirkwood stammered

"Some kid, some kid, excuse me but this some kid is the whole reason why we are here, his well being and I believe he question deserves to be answered considering the source!" Brittany said sternly

"Your Honor, she's in contempt!" Mr. Kirkwood exclaimed

"Mr. Kirkwood I decided whose's in contempt or not, you understand, this is my courtroom, not yours!" Judge Thompson argued

"I'm sorry your Honor for my outburst" Brittany said softly

"No need to be sorry Miss uh Miss?" Judge Thompson said looking down at his paperwork for the name
