"no way!" dongju exclaimed when he heard what his twin brother, dongmyeong asked him. "absolutely, positively, definitely not! there's no way i'm doing that," he added on.
"come on! please~" dongmyeong grabbed the other's arm, shaking it, still trying to convince the other to agree. "just do it this once. i'm begging you."
"that's what you said last time, and the time before, and also the time before that! i'm not going to fall for that again, so just forget it, okay?" he said, before standing up and leaving in the direction of his room. he heard the older huff as he walked away, yet he ignored it and just continued walking.
he walked into his room, shut the door, locked it, and then flopped down on his bed. he laid on his back and stared at the ceiling. maybe he was being selfish for not agreeing to help out his brother, but he really didn't feel like going on another blind date for him.
he had already gone on three for him, and he hated it every single time. the reason dongmyeong would ask him to, was so that he could act weird and get whoever the guy was to hate him. he had luckily succeeded with it every time, but that didn't mean he liked doing it.
"gosh, what do i do?" dongju muttered to himself as he turned around and buried his face into one of his pillows, before fake crying into it. "should i do it?"
he thought for a few seconds, wondering if he should or not. he then shook his head, deciding against it. "no, no, i shouldn't. i can't do everything he wants just because i'm his brother," he nodded to affirm himself. "but then again..."
he huffed before pushing himself up, grabbing his pillow, shoving it in front of him and harshly punching it a few times. "this is so... frustrating." he sighed, as he flopped sideways so he was laying down on his side across his bed.
dongju jumped in shock when he suddenly heard his phone ringing. "geez... i almost had a heart attack," he whispered and sat up, grabbing his phone which was on his bedside table. he saw that it was his mother calling him, and smiled softly while sighing. he answered the call and held it up to his ear. "hey, mum."
"hey, sweetheart," she said through the phone. "you don't sound very happy, did something happen?"
"it's nothing. dongmyeong's just asking me to go on another blind date for him," his mother knew about all the blind dates her older son would go on, and she was okay with it, considering he is an adult and he was old enough to make his own decisions, as long as he didn't get himself into any trouble.
