Ch - 6 : Dynamic of Team 7, Politics in Leaf

Welcome back guys. How is it going? You know the usual. Until and unless exams are going on, I'll upload slowly. Don't Mind. Especially since I already told that I may not be able to upload any chapters in March. Alright. The best parts are beginning.

Naruto, for a lack of better word, was hurt. He was hurt a little but he was hurt nonetheless. And when I'm talking about Naruto, it's of the young Naruto in whom the future Naruto from another dimension resides. Well there isn't anything yet to know. For all they know, they might have created a time paradox by leaving their bodies in another dimension and their soul in this direction.

But the reason wasn't that. It was because:

Flashback:

Naruto after having a pep talk with his counterpart got ready for training with Kakashi-sensei. He was totally ready to rock the world. Dattebayo!

So our young hyperactive knucklehead ninja changed his dress, in order to meet Kakashi-sensei. Too bad, he didn't knew that he was in for a surprise.

Jumping from rooftops to rooftops, Naruto quickly reached the training grounds. As usual, there was no doubt that Kakashi was going to be late. So he did the best thing he could.

Well there are his teammates. Sakura-chan and Sasuke-teme. Well Naruto was observant at some times. On cue he heard snickers inside his head. Oh come on. He wasn't that bad. Well there wasn't any sound of Naruto-niichan, so maybe he was pouting or bickering with the plushies.

Not that Naruto cared. At all. So, as Naruto stated that he was observant. Well he did observed his teammates closely at times. Well not Sakura-chan. She was beautiful, her pink hair with jade eyes and wide forehead gave her an exotic look, in Naruto's opinion. Even though she was flat, really very flat, Naruto really liked her. Even though she always liked Sasuke.

"Naruto You're annoying."

"Naruto is always getting in the way when I do something important and he enjoys seeing me struggle. He doesn't understand anything about me and is annoying. All I want is to you to acknowledge me Sasuke."

Naruto's heart broke and shattered into a hundred pieces because of that. However, he kept his cool. He knew that if he defeated the teme, Sakura-chan would surely come to him. When she would see him on the top, she'll cheer for him. And so that's why he always asked her for a date.

Uchiha Sasuke. Brooding Boy. Cool Boy. Emo boy. Asshole. Emo ass. What in the name of Sage of Six Paths ass, he had that much ego? Well, he was considered the Rookie of the year and all the girls called him cool.

Sasuke was Naruto's rival and Naruto wanted to be acknowledged by him at all costs. Maybe after that people would see the good in him. For some reason, Naruto felt that there was some special bond between them. Something out of this world.

Naruto knew that Sasuke was alone. He was alone and he was hurting from inside. But he never tried to share his pain. If Naruto had to describe it, he would say that, Sasuke is afraid of emotions and feels that it makes him weak. But although slowly, maybe a bond was forming between them. He did save Naruto by coming in front of him, saving him from the barrage of senbons.

I don't know. My body just moved on its own.

A young Naruto was passing by on the road. He saw a young boy, of his age with coal black hair and eyes, sitting down near the river. His eyes hollow from pain and loneliness, something which was understood by Naruto very well. He was in a .... for a lack of better word dilemma. For the boy was Uchiha Sasuke, the most loved child of Konoha after the Uchiha massacre. He was in a trance. Maybe he could finally have a friend. Someone who understood him. But when they looked at each other, his coal black eyes produced some sort of a spark. They both turned around from each other scoffing. But a small smile graced Naruto's face while the last Uchiha felt the same tug on his lips. Maybe. Just maybe.
