Ch - 21 : The unofficial mission IV : End

Naruto died. Nonetheless, the fanfiction is not over.

It was green in colour and it was surrounded by blue lightning near the green core that looked like it was ready to shred its enemy to pieces.

"D-dd-dieeee....." With his final strength he pointed the Rasengan towards the boss. But alas his breath left him the very moment and his heart stopped beating. The attack he was going to fire at boss, he accidentally fired at the top with minimal velocity. And as expected, the Rasengan went up a little and then it disappeared.

His heart stopped beating and he was no longer breathing. With that Uzumaki Naruto laid motionless on the ground, with no signs of life in his body. And the worse thing was, this was no clone.....

Now,

The boss walked away from the corpse of the kid. Well he was curious about the face behind the mask but then again, the kid was going to die anyways. Why to extend his death? He already got too many canon fodders thugs and shinobi alike to pick up.

Before he could complete his ten steps from the corpse, he felt something. There was something wrong. Not with the corpse of course. But something was wrong with this air. Something was shifting. Something was turning. Something was crackling. Something was...... how could he describe it? Something was there. Like a mini storm or a cyclone maybe. Something was spinning. But what?

"It can't be....." he muttered in disbelief. He went close to the boy and started to check his pulse. Fully dead. No signs of life. Body was still a little warm but as soon as the brain stops working, a person dies. He won't get up anymore. His heart has stopped beating. But then- thay weird sensation. Something is amiss. Something is-

He looked above. He quickly jumped away. There was a green ball of Rasengan coming down with great velocity. Blue lightning crackling around it. Roaring like a thunder.

And it collided with Naruto's body. There was a huge cloud of dust that rose up. Ground cracked beneath it and dust flew outwards, the blast shook away the Earth's crust. The cloud was getting thicker and thicker by every passing second.

Behind the cover of dust, Naruto's body was covered in a hemispherical green shell like glow.

With Boss,

What happened all of a sudden? It was fine just now. But all of a sudden, that green ball appeared out of nowhere. Didn't that green ball dissipated already, earlier? He saw it with his own eyes.

How? No. From where did that Rasengan came from? Well what does it matter? In any case, that attack of his hit his own dead body. He just killed himself with the jutsu, he was supposed to kill him, the boss.

The dust was slowly settling down as Boss wanted to see what happened to the body. Of course, he was curious if the body was shredded to pieces, or burnt badly, or blasted into bits.
