True to his word, Yamada gave Elise one million yen in cash and helped her pack up her belongings and watched her get into a taxi and leave. Yamada did not feel sadness or regret for her. Both kept their end of the deal and it was done. He could go his own way as did she.

Opening a suitcase he took out his clothes and folded and stuffed them in. Shirts, pants, and socks went into one. Underwear, ties, and larger items like a bulky jacket were placed into another. It took a total of two hours to pack and clean the bedrooms. He spoke with staff and requested ahead of time to have a janitor come and take away a couple garbage bags from him.

He emptied the bathrooms, tossing toothbrushes, paste, and plastic bags inside the smaller trashcans next to the toilets. Unopened boxes of tampons/pads and razors would be donated. He threw away their shampoo bottles and pain killers. Izana and Izumi's shared bathroom was untouched.

Yamada did a once over of making sure he threw away everything and a plastic bag of items to donate. Now to fix the beds and he could disappear. The last item was a thin photo album he made. The film strips were also inside from the camera they used. He took most of them but surprisingly, Elise offered to take a few as well.

It started from the hospital and ended on the boys' fifth birthday. He couldn't throw it away but didn't want to bring it. Stepping inside the nursery now adorned with plushies, a rocking chair, and baby swings. A set of chest drawers filled with little clothing and socks and shoes. He ultimately decided to hide it underneath a pile of stuffed animals.

Yamada stood up and grabbed a backpack with his suitcases and left. Emile collected the trash and the rooms were made. This was the last elevator ride he would take here. The last time he would see the friendly staff kindly greeting everyone who entered. Holding two sets of keys he stopped in front of Mikoto, the receptionist.

"Mikoto, could you do me a favor?"

"Of course Mr. Sano."

"I'm leaving on a business trip with Elise so could you give these to Izana?"

"You mean the one with his twin attached at his hip?"

He laughed a the accurate description, Izumi was always right there with Izana.

"Yes that's the one. I appreciate this a lot so thank you."

"No problem."

Yamada turned around, loaded the taxi waiting outside and left for good. He shed not a single tear and smiled pleasantly talking to someone on the phone. The penthouse transferred ownership to Izana Kurokawa-Sano but as part of the lottery prize, all utilities would be paid for until it was sold or ownership changed. He spoke with the CEO and after a good talk she agreed to have all bills and things paid until they were 18.

The taxi continued on its way joining countless others on the streets waiting for their destination. His was unknown. Yamada Sano just disappeared off the face of the Earth, not caring that he left two young children to fend for themselves.

As for Elise Kurokawa, she decided to return to the Philippines anyways after being unable to choose where she wanted to go. It felt good to be back on familiar soil. She took a transatlantic flight from Japan and was ragged from the long flight. She yawned as she walked through the terminal but perked up a bit when she saw some friends waiting.

"Welcome back Elise!"

"Thank you."

"You were gone for like what? Five, six years?"

"Tell us everything!"

"Alright alright I will, and before you ask I did get everyone a little something from Japan."

It was as though Elise Kurokawa did a complete 360. She was smiling and affable with her friends. Not the distant expression and cold attitude towards Izana and especially Izumi

"You know that japanese guy I told you about? Well he took me to Shibuya and..."

The group walked off to the luggage carousel listening closely. It felt good to be back.

Sano Dojo/Residence-

Shinichiro closed the shop today so he could investigate the weird picture he'd been sent. Of course his friends had caught wind of it and came to help. Takeomi and Wakasa had time on their hands and were quite curious as well.

"Lets see it!"

"Come on Shinchin! You're holdin out on us!"

"Both of you calm the fuck down! Its not even a "sexy swimsuit bikini pic."

They stopped. Shinichiro just sighed and ran through his hair before going to a box high up on the shelf. He specifically placed it high up so Manjiro or Keisuke could not reach it. He brought it over and opened it. Wakasa picked it up by the corner as Takeomi looked beside him.

Infant twins greeted their eyes. Shinichiro handed him the envelope as well and explained his little story of what it was and he had no clue why it was addressed to him.

His last name was on the back but the babies clearly shared no resemblance to him. What worried him more was where these babies were. Nothing gave away a location or even if this was taken in Japan. The three sat around coming up potential theories and plans to try and find them.

Looking at the date again it didn't click but when it did he smacked himself for not realizing it sooner. This meant that the picture was taken five years ago when the babies were most likely born. Shinichiro excitedly shared this with them who whooped with excitement as well.

"But that last name "Kurokawa" doesn't sound japanese does it?"

"Yeah....so lets google that name!"

Wakasa shrugged, it was a start at least. They headed towards the local library to borrow a computer. Sadly the name did not bring up anything relevant. It was a relatively common surname in the Philippines but not much else. The names resulted in a similar manner.

Someone passing by heard their predicament and offered some advice.

"If you're looking for information on infants you should ask the hospitals in your area."

"Oh! Thank you very much sir."

"No problem. Good luck."

Hours Later-

They were eating in a Danny's despondent at the lack of results. Most gave Shinichiro a weird look when he asked about birth certificates and the like. Others gave a polite apology stating they couldn't due to "privacy laws" and HIPPA. He shoved more fries and a bite of his chicken sandwich in his mouth. Wakasa and Takeomi had the same reactions. Time to go back.

"I'm sorry for wasting your time guys."

"Its fine."

Gramps was napping around this time and there was two more hours 'till Manjiro and Emma finished classes. So Shinichiro opened his shop late and tended to incoming customers.

Now you have some info on Elise Kurokawa and Yamada Sano and what happened to them after they left! Also I was looking at my demographics and it said 33.33% of my readers are from the Philippines. Coincidence?
