Also I've noticed the amount of readers has dwindled. Interest lost? Too boring or repetitive? If so I'll try and change it. Should I publish weekly now?

Sanzu led them away to a corner where there was less guys hanging around. They questioned the young lady with him but dared not ask. Sanzu was a menace and had a scary aura about him. Their eyes averted themselves and conversations subtly resumed.

"Today was the first time you weren't there Haru."

"I know."

"And, you're in another gang now. What happened to the first one?"

"Tch. Mikey disbanded Toman and created this one. I'll feed them with you next time but we have something coming up."

"Oh. I'm sorry for bothering you! I'll take my leave now."

His voice was raised at him and it felt sore to do so. Izumi was adept at reading other people and he could tell that Sanzu was annoyed with him so he left quickly. It was clear that he could care less about feeding the fish and had better things to do.

"Come back Izumi. That's not what I meant!"

But he pushed through the doors and exited outside. Sanzu knew that the red light district was not safe for him. This one in particular was chosen because of the higher population of gangs and small time criminals.

"Sanzu? Where are you going?"

"Nowhere Mikey."

He followed the shorter one around as he ordered the captains and officers to gather their guys.

Izumi looked around the street and shops trying to see what he could remember. Loud music and neon lights blared at him. Mostly men and younger women walked around talking and drinking at the outdoor bars and clubs.

He sat on the bench and scrolled through his contacts to see who might able to come pick him up. Takemichi should be free right now. And he was. Takemichi picked up on the first ring.

"Izumi? What's up?"

"Can you pick me up? Please, it's urgent."

He was starting to attract, unwanted attention. People started to stare at him. Young. Feminine appearance. Along with his innocent doe eyed face that appealed to the pedos and creeps. Izumi wanted to move but this area so big that Takemichi wouldn't be able to find him if he went to a different spot.

"Hey there!"

"You're pretty cute lookin."

"How much for a week?"

"Exotic babe aren'tcha?"

Izumi curled in on himself. Strangers began crowding around him at the bench. They sounded to be older men and essentially prevented him from having an escape route. So he pretended to not speak japanese.

He had done it before in the past and it generally worked. The person would get annoyed or weirded out and leave him alone. But in this situation it seemed to embolden the creepers.

"I see you can't speak japanese can ya?"

"We can teach you."

He backed up as much as possible into the bench. Their lecherous grins seemingly reached out at him. His cell vibrated. The caller ID said 'Takemichi'

"Takemichi please hurry. I'm surrounded!"

"What?! Hang on! I uh, I think I see you! At that rundown arcade building?"

"Yes, I'm on a bench outside but these guys are surrounding me!"

"I think I see you."

Takemichi saw some guys standing in front of someone by the entrance of the old arcade building place. He pushed through and saw Izumi curled up on the seat. Ignoring the protests and angry calls he grabbed his hand and led him away.

They chased after them. Thankfully Takemichi and Izumi took some sharp turns and lost them. Draken had called and asked for him to meet at his motor shop.

"Hey Draken, been a while."

"Yeah. Good to see ya Takemitchy, Izumi."

"Hi Draken."

Izumi felt his face heat up at how small he sounded. Surely those guys hadn't shaken him up that badly. He looked back at the bike Draken was working on earlier. He did a wonderful job fixing it up.

"Let's take it out for a ride! Come join us Izumi, if you want."

"I do!"

Izumi rode in between Takemichi and Draken. He wasn't surprised that Draken previously knew about Takemichi time traveling. It was boring to listen to so he tightened his grip and dozed off.

"Get out of here Draken!!"

Izumi jolted when he heard yelling and watched Inupi come flying at them. The instinct to protect his friend prompted Izumi to launch himself and he made contact at least. He hugged Inupi and served to soften the blow.

"Ow!"

"Are you okay Izumi?!"

"I'm fine."

He had minor scrapes and bleeding from going against the concrete so harshly. A giant of a man had thrown Inupi. Blonde hair pulled into a bun on top and a large tattoo on the right side of his neck and disappearing into his uniform.

"Let's jazz things up!"

"Who is that guy Draken?"

"He's Rokuhara Tandai's representative, The Unparalleled South."

Inupi helped Izumi up. They were surrounded by guys wearing the same thing as the south guy. They watched as he walked up to Draken. He was even taller than Draken was.

"Partner up with me Draken."

Takemichi went over to regroup Inupi and Izuku with him and Draken. It sounded as though he wanted Draken to join them.

"Ask me all you want but my answer is always the same South! I'll never join Rokuhara Tandai!!"

Takemichi was shocked at how massive South was, especially compared to Draken. He must have been at least a foot taller. South didn't take too kindly to Draken rejecting his invitation. Izumi tensed up when he got closer.

"FORTE!!"

South punched Draken and he flew a few feet away. Izumi made to run and help but Inupi held him back.

"Don't Izumi, he'll kill you."

"But Draken!"

"I'll never forgive you if you decide to retire Draken! Tell me then. Why was the Tokyo Manji Gang called the strongest?!"

Draken got back up and spit at him in response. South delivered a devastating blow to the gut and then again when he tried to get up. Blood flowed down the side of his head and mouth. Izumi tried to remind himself that head injuries are always bloody and it was worse than it looked.

"You can work under me or die right here Draken! Make your choice! Whaddya say former 1st division captain?!"

"Me?!"

Takemichi backed away. South was clearly dangerous and could kill him with a well aimed strike at his head.
