Brahman Gopher

Draken looked up as the rain slowed to a stop. He knew Takemichi wouldn't change his mind. Of course he'd join to help Mikey! He gave a serious stare and made sure that he knew they were working with Brahman to help Mikey and nothing else.

"Got it."

"Don't forget it, and welcome to Brahman Takemitchy."

A ceremonious handshake. Senju handed Takemichi her umbrella. He stared at the offending object placed in his hands.

"From now on, you're my gopher!"

"Huh."

Takeomi grinned. He had no idea about Senju did he. 

"Senju's interested in you Hanagaki! Just don't be surprise tomorrow!"

Haitani Residence-

"You know where the guest room is and there's some towels in the bathroom ready. I'll get you some dry clothes."

"I'll take the wet clothes to wash."

Rin and Izumi went into their respective bathrooms, leaving the wet ones on a stool which Ran took to the washing machine. He visited so often and slept over at their penthouse that the brothers had remodeled the guest room to his tastes.

The king size bed was taken out and replaced with a round one. Rin was with him looking at catalogs when they came across it. Couple days later a delivery team came by with the large package. Rin didn't say anything when Ran questioned him and directed the team into the guest room.

Lots of plushies, blankets, and decorations went up hopefully to his liking. Izumi was always grateful each time he spotted something new and one of them told him it was for him.

"You really didn't have to waste your money on something for me! It looks so expensive!"

His cheerful voice always bounced around in his head from time to time. While his voice would never fully return, a doctor they went to said it might help to have him talk more but to not strain him at the same time.

"Warrrrrm."

The now clean and dry boys sat together under the kotatsu as heavy storms continued outside. Ran and Rin let their hair freely fly about. Izumi was laying on the floor with his lower half inside. Ran was on the phone ordering food.

Rin was doing a 3,000 piece puzzle that Izumi was supposed to help with but got sidetracked. The kotatsu was just as he imagined. Heaven in the form of a table with a blanket and heater attached. Shinichiro had yet to get one and he was constantly bugging him for one.

Ran chuckled when Rin whined about getting stuck and Izumi not helping.

"Okay okay."

He scooted back and let him sit in front against the table. Izumi was much better at puzzles and already connected some pieces Rin didn't notice would fit together. When dinner came, they continued working until it was time to rest. Seeing as how Izumi was wearing his clothes still, Rind didn't mind but figured it'd be fun to take him on a little shopping spree tomorrow.

Next Day-

Takemichi was in Harajuku waiting for Senju. 

"Thanks for waiting. I'm shopping today and you'll be holding my bags, gopher!"

"Wha? Huh?!"

"Rude! It's me, Senju! You promised yesterday remember?"

"you're a girl?!"

"Yeah. Why?"

"You are Brahman's boss right?"

"Yes. Now let's go."

Takemichi was surprised that one of the 3 great deities was a girl. She smiled and explained that Takeomi wanted her to do more "ladylike things" so here she was in Harajuku to do some shopping. His credit card held in her hand.

"Takeomi?"

"He's Brahman's second in command! They're all a bunch of ol dudes so having someone my age is nice! Oh! Let's go in there!"

"No way! That looks super shady!"

Senju wore a black two piece that Takemichi thought suited her quite well. Senju was happy to hear that and how loose it was. Perfect for kicking and fighting.

"Don't do that! Your panties are showing!"

"Next store, next store!"

Senju excitedly ran off as Takemichi struggled to keep up behind her, arms full of boxes and bags. She was gushing over a graphic print shirt while he balanced everything. Takemichi saw how Senju was an ordinary and cute girl having fun shopping.

"Hey Senju, about Takeomi, how do you know him since he's in his mid 20s right? And you're about my age."

"Oh. That's because he's my older brother!"

"You're related?!"

"Akashi Senju is my real name. Kawaragi Senju is like a stage name ya know? Makes me think of Haruchiyo."

She stepped into the changing room. Takemichi had a chance to rest and sat down with all the bags and boxes she bought.

"Yeah. He was the vice captain of the 5th division for Toman. Sanzu Haruchiyo. My second brother."

"Sanzu? Really?"

Takemichi couldn't picture the stoic and silent Sanzu having siblings, especially like Senju. She pulled the curtain aside with a dramatic flair. 

"That's right! We are the 3 mysterious siblings!"

"Woah! You're still in your undergarments!"

"It's just a sports bra."

"Still! So, is Sanzu in Brahman too?"

"No. He isn't interested with me or Brahman despite Takeomi vouching for me and my strength. It's why he's in the Kantou Manji gang."

Takemichi was shocked to hear that. So Sanzu was with Mikey. In the future timeline there was a man with similar facial features. It made sense if Sanzu was with Mikey now then he'd also be in the future.

He concluded the Kantou Manji gang became Bonten in the future. 

"Alllllright! Next store here we come!"

"Next store?!"

He asked the cashier if the items could be delivered, and thankfully she could.

Sanzu and Senju then were key factors for now and potentially in the future too. They stopped in front of an ice cream vending machine.

"Seventeen Ice Creams! How nostalgic!"

She was happy that he seemed to know about that too. He convinced her to get his favorite, mint chocolate chip. The ice creams were dispensed on plastic sucker sticks. Takemichi laughed at she looked like she was using a pacifier.

He saw her off at the subway station.

"Thanks for today gopher, it was really fun! And Brahman's having a meeting on Tanbata so don't be late!"

"I won't and thank you!"

He saw she was still holding the plastic stick.

"How long are you gonna keep that?"

Senju stared at the stick for a moment and looked back solemnly.

"Let's get mint chocolate again."

"Promise! It's on me next time!"

She tossed him the stick to throw away. When his hand made contact with it, a flash of white. He was yelling Senju's name. Takemichi watched in third person as he stood over someone wearing Brahman's uniform on a rainy day.

"You kept...your..promise...gopher."

"Aaaaahhhh!"

He was yelling and crying and then he was back at the station as Senju yelled bye at him.

This reminded me of Eren being able to see into the future or something like that.
