****On the side Mason, not the face persay, just his eyes and hair ;) but he is very good looking, so feel free to imagine Mason like that :)****
She was dressed in her new clothes, and had to wear a belt because her pants were way too big on her. She grabs a few things and puts them in front of the bathroom door; she knocks.
"What?" Mason asks from the other side of the door. He sounds really tired.
"Umm, I found clothes, they 're on the floor by the bathroom," Sky replies, and walks into the kitchen, without waiting for a reply, she was starving. The kitchen held various items of food, for example in one of the cupboards Sky found flour, sugar salt, yeast and backing soda; she could make bread with those ingredients. She looked into the fridge and found it stocked with various vegetables and fruits; she took some eggs out and went in search of a frying pan. She found one in a drawer by the small oven; Sky cracked the eggs into the pan and set it on the top of the oven so she can fry them.
"The fuck happened to your hair?" Sky was pulled from her thoughts by a voice behind her. She turns to see a very beat up Mason standing in the clothes that she found for him.
"I could ask you the same," she snaps back after a minute of staring at the nasty black eye.
"I got the shit beat out of me, it was a very unfair fight," Sky's eyebrows shot up when Mason mentioned a fight.
"Your face looks like its been run over, course it was an unfair fight, in fact it doesn't even look like you were in a fight. It just looks like someone pounded you while you were tied to something so that you couldn't fight back," Sky tells Mason while she turns back to her cooking. She grabs two plates from one of the cupboards that she previously looked in.
"Well, I answered your question. Why is your hair gone?"
"I figured that it would be way too hard to manage in a place like this, plus I was supposed to go to the hair dressers this week to cut it, it was finally long enough to donate," Sky replies with a shrug. She puts the eggs on the plates and hands one to Mason with a fork and a knife.
"This was the only thing I could find that was easy to make, so don't complain," she warns him, and walks towards the table. She sits and eats her scrambled eggs in silence. Mason sits down as well but doesn't eat; he just looks at her with eyes that are squinted.
"Why d'you make food for me?"
"Cuz you need to eat as well, and I figured it wouldn't make much sense if I made something for myself and made you look for something that I was already making..." She trails off and just looks at her food in sadness. This definitively was not what she thought she would be doing that weekend.
"What day are we anyways?" she asks suddenly, making Mason look up in surprise.
"I have no idea, but I would say that it has been a day since we were kidnapped," Sky cringes when he mentions the last word. But she nods, as if to agree with what he was saying.
"Mmmh, Yes, I guess so. That means that today is...June 6th, I think," Sky says while still pondering the possibility of which day it could be. Sky takes a knife and started to carve the date into the wall.
"The hell you doing?"
"I am carving the date into the wall so we know the day we arrived here. I want people to know who was here and the date we were dumped here," Sky replied forcefully, while carving their name underneath the date. She steps back to admire her handiwork, it was small and really close to the floor. I don't want them to find it and start beating me up for this.
"Okaaaay," Mason draws out the word as if he was a little confused by Sky's action. He yawns and walks into the other room. Sky is left with only her thoughts, and the engraving on the wall. Sky just stands there rooted in place wondering how her life could get any worse, Oh wait! I have to live here with Mason. This should be soooo much fun. Sarcasm just dripping off of her thoughts, she didn't even bother to cover the annoyed look that had taken over her facial features, there was no one around to see it anyways.
Sky wondered if her aunt had filed for a missing persons or if she didn't because she didn't actually exist. There was no one with the name Skyler Lovegrave, a girl that is 5'6 with vibrant green eyes, and almost white curly hair. She doesn't exist, she never actually did. All Sky could hope for was that Mason's family filed for a missing person's for him, because he was an actual person, not made up, like me. Sky thought sadly. Mason had raven black hair, cut close to his head but not too close, it was the perfect length for a hand to run through, his eyes were a light grey, and so easy to stare endlessly at, when he wore glasses girls would literally start to drool. He was 6'3 and as built as any seventeen year old that spends most of their free time at a gym would look like, those arms and the abs where to die for...Whoa! Slow your horses there, honey, no need to think about that at a time like this! Plus this is Mason Miller we are thinking about! Breath in and slowly breath out, there we go, now delete those thoughts and remember that time he told you that your black bra was visible through your shirt in front of the whole fucking class, yeah think about that for a minute. Now keep that anger and don't let it go, he is bad news and is definitively not worth your time! With that last thought she nodded and made her way to the other room so she could sleep, but upon entering she sees that the fucker claimed the bed and she has to sleep on the floor or on a chair. Where ha the chivalry gone! When guys would let the girl sleep on the bed while they sleep uncomfortably! Ugh, Dick. I am so not making him any more food.
Sky makes her way back to the kitchen and sits on a chair trying to get at least a little bit of sleep on the hard wooden chair. She repositions herself multiple times to get a comfortable spot but it was way too damned hard! Finally after an hour she gives up and goes in search of some blankets, she locates them in a cupboard in the bathroom. Sky takes them and proceeds to lie on the floor, trying to at least get a couple of hours of shut-eye before the moron decides that he wants to get up. After tossing and turning for a while Sky finally falls into a dark dreamless sleep.
