The song above really describes Sky's and Mason's relationship, even though they did neither of none of those things. Their relationship is cute and...I just love this song. Relationship goals right there, minus the seventeen thing but everything else :)
This starts out with Sky and her story. I will explain what happened since the last time you saw her, which was a weeks ago.
Sky's fear for Sam and what he could do to her didn't go away for the next week; she pushed it down and forced herself to forget her worries. She had children to take care of, and a very clingy guy. Mason wouldn't leave her side, when they started to work he always waited for her. They ate together, and then he made sure she got to her station in one piece and after their shift ended he walked with her back to their apartment. She was getting a little annoyed with the attention, I mean seriously, this after he ignored me for so long and was ready to...whatever. It was better this way, she liked how protective he was, and she had to admit it was kind of a turn on. The bell rang signaling the end of anther workday, Sky sighed in relief. She was so sore and couldn't wait until she could flop into bed and have a few hours of sleep before the twins woke her up again. They were now a month old and they both had a good pair of lungs. Most nights Mason and Sky got up together so that they would calm down together. Sky was grateful that she wasn't alone in taking care of the four children; they could be such a handful sometimes. A pair of strong arms encircled her waist; a kiss was planted on her neck.
"Hey babe, how was your day?" Mason asked as he detached himself from Sky and held her waist as they started to make their way towards their children.
"Not bad, we weeded the wheat fields. How was yours?"
"Same old, same old. I milked and cleaned the pens that hold the animals,"
"Ah, that is what I smell. You need a shower," Sky wrinkles her nose at the smell. Mason chuckles at her response.
"Will you join me? You could also use one, I mean you are real sweaty and stuff," Sky pushes Mason's arm but laughs.
"Mmmm, I just might, but it'll have to wait until the children are in bed," she replied and then bent down to pick up Jack. She placed him on her hip and thanked the woman that was holding the twins for her. Mason took Marty in his arm and took a hold of Xandra's hand. Sky took Danny from the older woman; Jack and Xandra waved as they walked away.
"How was your day sweetie?" Mason asked Xandra.
"We made sandcastle and then Mrs. Gibbs told us a story," she replied with a toothy grin.
"That sounds like a lot of fun! Sky, did you want me to take Jack? He looks heavy," Mason asked Hanna, averting his attention from his daughter.
"Thanks Mase. I can take Marty." They switched Jack and now he was in Mason's arm while Marty was in Sky's.
"Not heavy," Jack said after a few seconds. Mason furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, but Sky just nodded and said,
"I know sweetie, but mommy is tired from the work she did today. Have you seen daddy's arms he is strong enough to hold you until we are home. Unless you want to walk beside your sister."
"No! don't wanna walk."
"Park the attitude Jack, or you will be walking," Mason said sternly. The boy nodded and placed his tiny head on Mason's shoulder. They reached their door and entered their flat. After placing the children onto the floor, Mason and Sky went into the kitchen and started making supper.
