The Doctor's POV
I read the side of the sonic screwdriver.
And then I curse.
"God fucking damn it, no! I killed the whole lot of you a million times before! Why do you keep coming back? WHY DO YOU KEEP COMING BACK?"
Lily lays a calming hand on my shoulder. "Stop freaking out and explain what's going on so we can help you."
I slap my head angrily. "Daleks."
"What now?"
Clara sighs. "A time Lord's worst enemy. It was who they fought in the last great time war."
Comprehension dawns on Lily's perfect features. "Oohhhhhh!"
And then she stops smiling. "Oh."
I nod. "Not good. At all."
She looks at me, her eyes full of fear- but her face is contorted into a brave expression. "So we'll just kick their butts, right?"
"Not so simple, Lily, but we'll try."
We hear noises from down the corridor, and I push everyone behind me, certain that the Daleks have arrived.
But the people we see are a.wonderfully familiar sight.
Lily's POV
When Clara sees who one of the men is, her jaw drops.
She pushed past the Doctor and stands in front of him, simply staring at him dreamily.
Danny takes a step towards Clara tentatively. "Clara?" He whispers hoarsely, a hand stretched out towards her.
She takes one more step, then breaks into a run, leaping into Danny's arms, where he twirls her around him, her purple black skirt flying up, nearly revealing her undergarments.
The Doctor quickly looks away.
Clara presses her lips against Danny's for a while, so we move to give them space.
Amy pecks Rory on the lips. "You're alive!"
"I wouldn't be without Danny." Rory states modestly.
Clara pulls away from Danny. "I always knew you were a hero."
He eyes her hungrily, then responds. "Really I thought you thought I was a wimp." He jokes.
Clara giggles. "Idiot." She kisses him again.
Kate grabs my arm. "Lil, just tell him you like him!"
I yank my arm out of her grasp. "No way!" I whisper shout. "He makes a move or nothing happens at all."
"Aw Lily please?" Kate begs.
"Uh uh. No."
"You know, next month is Valentine's Day..." She nudges me.
"Shut up ."
