Clara's POV
As I finish my story, I slip into another round of tears.
Lily's face drops. "Oh, poor, poor Danny..." She helps me into the Tardis. "I'm so sorry, Clara, damn I am so sorry."
She looks at me and sees me looking for the Doctor. "I can fly the Tardis now. The Doctor showed me."
I nod silently- then an idea comes to me. "Lily, pick up the Doctor please."
She nods obediently and sets to work.
I collect all seven Tardis keys and put them in a pocket.
The Doctor comes in. "Hello!"
I confront him. "Take me to a volcano."
"Why?"
"Please."
He glares. "No."
Lily grins at him from the console. "Too late, Doctor!" She blows a sassy kiss in his direction.
"Damn it, Lily," he mutters.
I step outside the Tardis, followed by Lily and the Doctor.
"Clara, why-?"
I hold up the keys. "You will bring back Danny Pink."
"I know he's dead Clara, and no."
6 left.
"Now!"
"Its done Clara, I can't."
"Time can be rewritten."
"Not this time."
5 left."Watch it chin boy."
"Clara you know I can't."
4 left. "You think I give a damn?"
"Clara, see the logic. Even I can't bring people back from the dead."
3 left. "What about River Song?"
"Still dead. Conscience trapped in a cloud database that's all."
2 left. "Doctor, hurry your ass up."
"Clara I can't. I would if I could."
1 left. My eyes bore into his. "Save Danny. Being him back, or I swear... You will never step inside your Tardis again."
"Clara Oswald, my impossible girl..." he looks at me hard. "I can't. I'm sorry."
My heart hardens as I throw the last key over the ledge. It disappears, consumed by the lava.
