Chapter 35: Talking With Kiba

Sasuke Pov

~One Month Later~

It's been a whole month since my conversation with Sai on the roof. He hasn't really been around...well around me anyways. But I could care  less...I dont want him around me anyways. I looked trough my bag to take out the things I needed for math class. Where's my book at? I looked deeper into my bag and seconds later found it. I placed it on my desk and took out a pencil and started writing my name and the date. I sighed and enjoyed the quietness of the classroom. I'm glad that I get here early. No girls to bother me and ask me questions, nobody throwing paper balls around. Just peace and quiet. Few seconds  later, Naruto and Kiba came in being loud as always. So much for my having some peace and quiet.

Naruto looked over and saw me at my desk. He gave me a big smile and rushed to my side, grabbing my arm in the process. "Hey Sasuke! I was looking for you this morning! Where were you?" " Yeah man, kind of had us worrying for a while." Kiba said as he now wrapped his arm around my shoulder. I gave him a side glare and closed my book since I won't be getting anything done. "Sorry about that.... I felt weird this morning, I told Itachi and he insisted on taking me to the hospital for a quick check up. I'm fine as you can see."  Naruto looked at me with a worried look. I smirked and ruffled up his hair. "I'm really am fine, okay?" "Okay...Just please let me know if there's something wrong okay?" I nodded and leaned my head on my hand while listening to them talk.

~Time Skip~

'There's nothing to do today... Itachi is at work and I think Naruto and the rest are busy.... well, there's nothing I can do about that. Might as well just stay in my room for the rest of the day..." I thought as I laid in my bed, going through my phone while the Tv was on in the background. I was looking through my phone when I heard a knock coming from the front door. I sat up and slowly got out of my bed. I opened my door, went downstairs and jogged towards the door when I heard them pounding on the door harder. 'Jeez... who do they think they are?' I got to the door and opened to see Sai.

I looked at him...Not saying anything or moving a muscle. What is he doing here? I crossed my arms and leaned against. "Is Naruto here? He's not answering my calls or texts." "Still not answering huh... Maybe its a sign that he still wants space. I dont know, I'm just guessing. Now that I think about it... Its been a whole month has it?" He gave me a unamused look and put his hand on his hip. "Does it look like I have time for you? Is he here or not?" I looked at him with such a expressionless face. "He's busy today." "Doing what, with who and wh-?" I put my hand up to shut him up. "I gave you a answer... now leave." I said I stepped back into my house and tried shutting the door...but he put his foot in the way and wouldn't let me close the door. What the hell does he think he's doing? "Where is he?" "He's busy I said. Why dont you actually listen to him and give the guy some space. Now move your goddamn foot." He just looked at me and I did the same. 2 minutes later, he moved his foot and started walking away. Freak.

Naruto Pov

I looked at my phone while it was ringing. It was Sai again. Its been a month since we last talked to each other. He hasn't stop calling and texting since then. I dont think I'm ready to talk to him yet...He leaves me voicemails and messages everyday but I never answer them. Sai...what am I suppose to do? You're making it so much harder for me to forgive you. "Naruto! Ready to go home? We're done for the day." I put my phone in my pocket, grabbed my bag and went over to grandma. "Yeah I'm ready." I smiled and she smiled back. We both walked out of the store and went to the car. "Thank you for coming along with me Naruto. I know that you probably wanted to spend sometime with Sai and your friends." I froze when she said Sai's name. I shook it off and answered her. "It's no trouble at all! I see those guys everyday! They probably needed a break from me anyways." She laughs then ruffles up my hair.
