Chapter 28: Break Down

Naruto Pov

He got a little closer and kept his smirk on his face. "Umm, is everything okay?" "What would you do if me and Kiba were a thing?" I widen my eyes from his question he asked me. "Umm, what?" "What if me and Kiba were actually a thing? What would you do?"

I just looked at him, a little wide eyed and my face probably looking like a strawberry from his question. 'What do I say?! I don't really blame him for asking me the question, since I'm the one who brought it up in the first place. Ughh, Why am I like this?!' As I was thinking, Sasuke was still waiting for my answer. I continued to look at him and finally mustered up the courage to answer him: "I..I would be happy for you of course! You both are my best friends! What kind of friend would I be if I didn't support you guys? You know?" I said in one go. He still looked at me with his smirk still glued to his face, seconds later he pulled back from me and laid back on the bed watching whatever movie was on. Now I waited for him to say something.... Nothing. I Crawled over to him and put my head over his head to look at him. "Yes, may I help you?" "Umm aren't you gonna say something?" "What is there to say? You gave me a answer.... That's all I wanted." He said with his normal bored expression with his eyes still looking at the tv. I rolled my eyes and kept looking at him.

I was about to say something else, when I heard my phone go off. I sighed and said before I went to get my phone: "I'm not done with you yet mister." He smiled. " I'm not going anywhere..." I got out of his face and went over to my bag ang dug for my phone. 'I wonder if it's Sai again... He tends to wait to call or text me back again.' I thought as I grabbed my phone. I was right. It was Sai. I sighed and got up from the floor. I turned back to Sasuke and said: "Sasuke, I'll be back... Sai texted me." "Okay, if you like, I can leave the room for a few." I gave him a sweet smile. "No, I don't want to kick you out of your room. I'll just go downstairs." He nods. I told I'll be back and went out the door and went downstairs. "If he's just gonna call to yell at me... I'm hanging up." I said before pressing his contact.

Sai: Naruto! How come you didn't answer the first time I called?

Naruto: I was watching a movie with Sasuke. Is there something the matter Sai?

Sai: 'Sighs' Nothing really... I knew you would be up and I couldn't sleep, so I decided to call.

Naruto: Thanks for checking up on me Sai, but you know I'm okay. I'm just doing the normal things I do at a sleepover.

Sai: So, what are you and Sasuke up too?

Naruto: Umm, nothing much... Just talking and watching a movie at the moment. Why?

Sai: No reason...

Naruto: There's must be a reason if you're asking Sai. What, do you think that were doing something?

Sai: Naruto...'Sighs' It's just that you and him have been getting closer and closer each day and I get worried... that's all.

Naruto: Well, what do you expect Sai... you haven't been around. And when are you gonna stop this Sai? Isn't this getting old for you? He's been a great friend to me. And you can't get mad at me for hanging around him cause every time that we were suppose to hang out you always cancel on me. Do--

Sai: And I tell you that I have things to do Naruto. I have my family to deal with all the time, so I don't have time to spare.

Naruto:.... But do you know how that makes me feel?! You canceling me all the time! I get that you have family but Sai, you use the same excuse all the time. Also you cant get mad at me for hanging out with Sasuke, we're friends so you can't say nothing about it.
