It has been months since Jules had really talked to me. I was still working on getting Jules back. Jake had called and told me that Jules just left and was headed to the beach alone. He had been trying to help me win her back but with no luck. Quil had told me that Jake thinks there is something going on with Jules and Paul. I found it hard to believe. That was until today. I saw her sitting on the beach but soon Paul came running out of the wood and right over to her. Whatever he said to her had her smiling. He took her hand before they ran off somewhere. I was pissed, my girl was with him now. Being one of his side pieces. Over the next few months things between us got worse. I confronted her about it and she laughed so hard at me. "I'm not with Paul! God! He is a brother to me. Not that it even matters." She said pissing me off more.
"Not that it matters... It matters to me!" I yelled at her as she looked at me shocked. "You're my girlfriend!" I said as she scoffed at me.
"We aren't together, Embry!" She yelled back at me. "God..." She said before walking away from me. With everything going on it pissed me off even more that she reminded me that we weren't together. I watched as she walked into the woods. I wasn't done with this fight yet she was going to answer my questions. I followed her and grabbed her arm.
"We are not done. We need to work this all out!" I growled at her. She looked at me shocked and then a little scared.
"Embry you need to calm down." She said as she slowly removed my hand from her arm. I didn't know why but that pissed me off even more. But then the pain kicked in. It hurt so bad. Was this what she went through a few months ago? I heard a growl as Jules looked at me shocked. She wouldn't look into my eyes but I could see the concern she had all over her face. I opened my mouth to say something and I barked. I looked down and I wasn't in my body. "Embry... I need you to relax... Take a breath." She said as I looked at the paws I now had. I looked back at her and whimpered at her before taking off. "EMBRY! WAIT!" She yelled but I needed to get away from her before I hurt her.
'I'm a monster!' I thought... To myself but it wasn't.
'Your not a monster, Embry!' I heard Jules say but this time it was in my head. 'Please stop!' She pleaded with me. I could hear the longing in her voice. The next thing I knew I was tackled by a white wolf. I growled at this wolf but then looked at the wolf's eyes and I was blown away with what I saw. It was me and Jules. Happy and together. There was even one of us with a baby. I whined and laid down on the ground. 'Damn it!' Jules said, making me wonder where she was at. How was I hearing her? I looked at the wolf but the wolf was gone and Jules stood in front of me. I was shocked as she was naked. I mean don't get me wrong she is beautiful and damn she has an amazing body. She smirked at me before walking behind a tree making me whine a little.
"Don't be a perv!" She said as she walked out with shorts and a tank top on. I huffed as I wanted to see more of her naked. "Breath and think of yourself as a human. What you look like. You fingers and toes." She said, I did as she told me to and I was back to myself. But I was also naked. She chuckled at me before tossing me a pair of shorts.
"Don't be a perv!" I said back to her. Even though I was still thinking about her naked.
"If you can look, so can I!" She said, making me smile at her as I walked up to her. I knew she could clearly see that I was aroused by seeing her naked.
"Can I look some more?" I asked as I played with her tank top. She slapped my hands away from her when I went to pull it over her head.
"Come on, horn dog! I need to get you to the pack house!" She said as I looked around for the white wolf. "What are you looking for?" She asked with a slight chuckle.
"The other wolf... Where did it go?" I asked as she smiled at me and walked up to me and took off her tank top and shorts. I growled when I went to grab her and she pushed me away and turned into the white wolf. I fall back on my ass. She rubbed up against me and licked my cheek, before turning back to herself. She chuckled as she put her shorts back on. I grabbed her shirt before she could put it back on.
"Embry!" She said but I kissed her, shutting her up. I couldn't help myself as we kissed. I picked her up and walked us to the closest tree. Pushing her against it. "Embry..." She moaned, making me growl as I could smell how turned on she was right now. I knew she could feel how hard I was for her. I loved feeling her against me. I pulled back a little so I could look into her eyes.
"I saw something!" I said and she sighed.
"I know what you saw. It would be best if the rest of the pack helped me explain everything." She said, making me confused. The rest of the pack? Who was in this pack? What the hell happened to me? "Come on..." She said as she pushed me away and grabbed her shirt. I didn't like her pushing me away. So I growled at her. She raised her eyebrow at me. Making me give her a sheepish smile. But a real one when she took my hand in hers.
