2.12 Clearwater

It has been a week since Bella found out about us. Jules won't even talk to Jake anymore. He tries to talk to her but she just walks away from him. Today we are all out looking for the red head. Jules blocked us all from her thoughts. I get bits and pieces of what she is thinking about but it is not good. She ran ahead of us as we caught the scent of the red head. I watch as Jules breaks from us as there is another scent. It wasn't a minute later she was back and running faster than before.

'Jules... who was it?' Sam asked as we ran faster to keep up with her.

'A stupid human!' She said as she zoned in on the red head. 'There!' She yelled through our mind link. We ran faster but were too late as she held Harry up by his clothes. 'Jake no!' Jules yelled but he didn't listen to her. She ran off and we took off after her. Jules wasn't with us though. 'Harry is having a heart attack. Kill her!' Jules said as we pushed ourselves even harder. I knew Jake felt guilty for what happened.

When she jumped into the water we knew we wouldn't get her. I started back to the pack house as Jake stood and growled at the water. A scream caught our attention. Jake ran off as I shook my head. I met up with the others as Jake announced Bella was in the woods. Jules rolled her eyes as she shifted back. I sat down and watched as she got dressed. "Stop!" Jules said, making me whine at her. She giggled and shook her head at me. 'Down boy!' She mindlink to me. I laughed as I shifted back and got dressed.

"It's not my fault I have a hot imprint." I said as Jules blushed at me. I smiled as I wrapped my arms around her. "Come on, let's get to Harry's place." I said as we started to run.

"Bella was in the water with the leech." Sam said, making me and Jules roll our eyes. "I am going to have Jake take her home and meet us at the Clearwater house." He said as before he left. I could feel Jules's anger rolling off of her. She was pissed and I knew why. Bella was stupid to go out into the wood knowing damn well that there is a vampire after her. I shook my head as Jules ran faster to the Clearwater household.

I watched as Jules and Embry walked up to the house. Jules looked pissed when she saw Charlie hugging Sue Clearwater. She glared at him. Her father had to pull her off to the side and tell her to keep her calm as he didn't mean for any of this to happen. Jules stormed off and shifted into her wolf. I sighed as I looked at Billy. "If it wasn't for Charlie and Bella... Harry would still be here. Sue wouldn't be a widow and Leah and Seth wouldn't have lost their father." I said as Billy looked at me shocked. "You always put them before your own daughter. It is no wonder your other daughters hate coming home. If it wasn't for him your wife would still be here!" I said before I went after Jules. I found her at her tree. She was just sitting there. "You ok?" I asked, she looked at me and sighed.

"No!" She said as she kicked the dirt. "I am so tired of feeling like he cares more about Bella Swan and her father over everyone else." She said as I nodded my head at her.

"We all see it. Don't think we don't." I said as she looked at me. "But we do need to get back. And Help Seth and Leah." I said, making her look at me confused. I smiled as she loved to block us out. "Seth and Leah both phased today. They need our help." I said as she sighed and got up. I helped her up and we walked back to the Clearwater house. Embry didn't look happy when he saw us.

"What?" Jules asked when we walked up to the rest of the pack. Embry looked from me to Jules.

"Where did you go?" He asked as he looked at Jules with concern. I rolled my eyes at him.

"I needed to calm down after my father was being an ass." she said as Embry looked confused.

"I went to check on her and bring her back so we were all here for Seth and Leah." I said as Embry didn't look all that convinced. Jules walked off but I stopped Embry from following her. "You need to got this through you fucking head. Jules is like a little sister to me. I would never ruin our relationship by trying anything with her. It is also very clear that she is in love with you!" I said, making him nod his head.

"I know... It's just after what Jake did... I am scared that someone will try to come between us again and I can't lose her." He said as I shook my head at him.

"I ain't Jake... I don't like not seeing her happy. You are her imprint and she is yours. She is my Luna... My friend and my little sister. That is all she will ever be to me." I said as he looked at me and smiled.

"I am sorry..." He said as I patted his back.

"It's all good. I get it and if I was you I would be acting the same way." I tell him as we walk over to Jules and Sam, who are talking about the next move we make.

After a few hours we ended up back at the pack house. Jake still hasn't shown up and I was pissed. When he finally did show up he was talking about how Bella left with a leech to save another one from killing himself. This made me laugh as she was now their problem and they could deal with her. Jake didn't like that as he was in love with her and she picked her leech over him. I gave him a big fat I told you so. Which made him upset and he ran to our father.

"Jules... We need to talk!" My father said as soon as I walked into the house. I rolled my eyes at him. "I know you are mad at me and Jake." He said as I stared at him. "I know you blame Charlie for what happened to your mother." He said as Jake was confused by this.

"Why would she be mad at him?" Jake asked as I glared at my brother.

"Cause it was Charlie's idea to go out that night even though there was a bad storm that was getting worse." I said as Jake was now shocked. "Charlie was the reason our mother was killed and our father was put into that chair." I said as Jake looked at our father pissed.

"Now it makes scenes why you hate them so much. It wasn't just because of what Bella did, it was because he was the reason they were out that night. Even after you begged them not to go out." Jake said as he shook his head. "You will never be ok with Bella no matter what I say will you?" He asked as I glared at him.

"NO!" I said as I looked back at my father. "And soon you will lose me like you did Rebcca and Rachel." I said as my father looked at me hurt.
