This past week has been hell and nice at the same time. It was hell because Jules was out for three days. Paul was also out due to getting the flu or something so it was quiet. But that also meant there were no fights. Jared came back and stayed away from all of his friends. Jules and Jared argued about something, making Jared pull her into an empty classroom where Jules looked shocked before hitting him over and over again with her binder, calling him an ass and every other bad name she could think of. Before she stormed out of school with his truck keys. Jared ran after her with a look of fear as he did.

We didn't see them the rest of the day! I smiled when she showed up at home a few hours after school. But she didn't even look at me as she walked into the garage. "Where is dad?" She asked and we all could tell she was pissed.

"Had to go to a council meeting or something." Jake says as he looks at his twin sister confused and concerned. "Everything ok?" He asked as she nodded her head at him.

"Yep! Just have a bone to pick with him! About a few things we talked about and he didn't tell me the full story. So I am mad at him." She said, making Jake groan. She walked away before any of us could ask her what about.

"We are not eating tonight! She looks pissed! And that is never good when it comes to her." Jake said, making me and Quil laugh.

"She is not that mad that she wouldn't feed you and your dad." I say as Jake looks at me and sighs.

"Please she is still pissed at us for the whole Bella thing. And now she has another bone to pick with our father. Yeah! We aren't eating tonight! Or for the next week!" Jake says as I laugh and walk over to the house to see what is going on with her.

"You ok? Jules!" I ask as I see her in the kitchen looking for something.

"Yeah! Just a little annoyed but nothing major!" She says as I smile at her. She gives me a small smile.

"Are you going to the bonfire on Saturday?" I ask hoping that she was and that maybe I could see if she wanted to go with me.

"Shit that's right! I completely forgot about it." She says, before placing her head on the counter top before looking at me and smiling. "Yes! I am going. I am supposed to make cupcakes for Harry's birthday!!" She says as I smile at her. Everyone loves her cupcakes.

"I could come and help you bring them to the beach if you want?" I ask hoping that she wouldn't see what I was trying to do!

"Thank you! Embry that would be great." She says as she smiles at me. "Meet me here at about 7 and we can head down." she says as I nod my head not trusting my own words. I walk back out to the garage with a smile on my face.

I was working on dinner when dad got home. I watched as he waited for the storm to hit him full force. I just looked at him and shook my head. "Paul and Jared?" I asked as he shrugged his shoulders at me. I huffed as I glared at him. "Dad, this is Paul and Jared we are talking about." I say as my father smiles at me.

"I know but... I still couldn't tell you as you are not part of the pack yet. But now that you know about them, I guess I could answer a few questions for you but not in front of your brother." He says as I nod my head at him, understanding why. Jake didn't believe our tribal legends like I did.

"Deal!" I said, making my father smile at me.

"You know you are taking this better than I thought you would." He says, making me laugh at his shocked face. As Jake walks into the house. He looked at us weird for a minute before taking a seat at the table.

We sat and ate in silence. Jake looked between me and our father. "Umm should I leave before the bomb explodes?" Jake asks as both me and dad look at him weirdly.

"What are you talking about?" Dad asks as I roll my eyes at my twin brother.

"He thinks me and you are going to fight again. Because I was upset with you about what we talked about?" I say as Dad nods his head in understanding. Jake looked at us and left the table and went to his room.

Dad and I talked about the pack and how it all worked and why this was all happening. It wasn't just the Cullens that were the reason for them shifting. There were also nomads running around. And they drank the blood of humans and were attacking people in the woods. Dad also told me that Sam was acting Alpha until Jake shifted. Then he would be Alpha if he wanted to. After a few hours dad sent me to bed as we had a lot to do for the bonfire and he wanted me to sleep and be rested.

~The Bonfire.~

Embry came over like he said he would and that made my heart race a bit. We smiled at each other but didn't really talk. I wanted to tell him that I liked him but I was scared to because if he shifts he will one day find his imprint. I sighed as I knew that would hurt more than him just telling me he wanted to be friends. Jake ended up dragging him away from me when Paul and Jared walked up to us.

"Your brother is an ass!" Paul says as I nod my head.

"That's an understatement!" I say as Paul gives me a hug. Jared laughs as he looks over at Jake, Embry and Quil.

"OK! So, now that you know... The truth, how do you feel about all of it?" Jared asked as I smiled at him.

"Well... I always believed in our stories. So it wasn't too much of a surprise." I said as they just smiled at me. "But what was a surprise was you two cutting your hair!" I say as I ruffle their hair and mess it up just a little bit! They both slapped my hands away from them. I giggle at the annoyed look they both had!

"So later we are going to play a game!" Paul says with a smile. I look at him with suspicion.
