I rolled my eyes as Edward tried to give us a schedule for us to watch Bella. Sam read it first and then handed it over to me. I could tell he wasn't happy about it and I knew I wouldn't like it as well. I chuckled as I reread it.
》Saturday and Sunday: 10pm to 4am four wolves outside Jules inside.
》Monday thru Friday: 10pm to 6am three wolves outside Jules inside.
I looked at it and then crumbled it up and threw it at him. Sam smirked at me. "Yeah... we aren't your dogs. And we won't be taking any commands from you. Three nights during the week for 4 hours is what you are getting. And as for me inside. That will not be happening. She is nothing to me and I will never act like she is anything more than the problem." I said as he looked at me shocked. He looked at Jake but I had made sure that Jake couldn't say anything.
Bella frowned as she looked at Jake. "What about the weekends?" He asked and I shook my head and laughed.
"Sorry... but we have lives as well. She is not our concern and not our problem. You should be glad we are even giving you this time." Sam said as he nodded his head. Bella pouted at me.
"Why are we even giving him this time? Doesn't he stay with her all night?" Leah asked as I smirked. As she was right.
"And If you are there no wolves will stay to protect the house." I said as he looked annoyed. "We are not protecting the likes of you!" I said, looking at him in disgust. He looked at me shocked as Bella scoffed at me.
"Jake... can you please talk to her? Make her see that she is causing more harm for me." Bella said, making Jake look at me before shaking his head and walking away from all of us.
"I out rank him Bella. And my main focus is my pack. Their well being comes before yours. That is what a good Luna does for her pack. Or have you forgotten I don't like you. You mean nothing to me. You are not a part of my pack so your well being does not matter to me. If you were to die today. I wouldn't care, I wouldn't shed a tear for you or your family. I would throw a party to celebrate your death!" I said as she stood there in shock. Edward looked at me before looking at Bella. Jake walked back and huffed.
"Did you really do all of that to her?" He asked, making Bella open and close her mouth before nodding her head. "Now I understand why she doesn't want to help us. You were not nice to her. It makes more sense why she doesn't want to help you or keep you safe. You have never even apologized to her or her sisters." He said before thanking us and walking away.
"Wait, Edward, you don't understand. That was why I wanted her inside with me. So I could work all this out with her." Bella said as she walked after him.
'Yeah or to steal my necklace.' I thought. Edward stopped and looked at me. and then my necklace. He looked at it shocked before walking away faster.
Jake glared at me as Bella ran after her leech. I looked at Jake and growled. He stepped back from me. "Watch it Jake. You are about to start something you won't win." Embry said as he took my hand in his.
