Today promised to be exciting. It was the Parent Observation day for Yokai Academy. Technically you already had older family members here, but the students had made it quite clear they believed you and Saber were dating, especially when Saber walked with you."Hey! Morning Emiya! Morning Saber!" One of the random male students greeted you en route to class.
"Morning." You replied.
"To you as well." Saber nodded to the boy. At least this pair could keep their hormones under control.
"So are both of your parents showing up today, or just one?" Another asked, red hair marking the difference to the former's gray.
"Well.... One will show up at least. But they're both busy." You said. "It'd be nice if both showed up."
"Got it. I would really like to meet your mom." The gray one admitted.
"Tch!" You started before you pushed up your glasses a bit and sighed. "I know what you meant by that. And trust me, she's very much taken, never mind that she wouldn't react well."
"Huh. I'd like to meet her."
You turned around. "Not you too, Tsukune."
"No! Not like that!" Tsukune waved his hands defensively. "I just mean you talk about them a lot. You obviously think highly of them. I just want to meet your parents. They sound like really good people."
"That they are." Saber agreed.
"Besides, neither of mine are coming." Tsukune said.
"I would have really liked to have met your mom, Tsukune." Moka chimed in. "It would have been so nice."
Tsukune looked like he was at a loss for words, and most likely imagining Moka in some fantasy. Moka looked to you and gestured to the rosary.
"And uh... she's kind of excited to meet your mother and father." Moka divulged.
<Traitor!>
You chuckled at Inner Moka's expense. "Well rejoice vampire. You'll run into them today."
'Which reminds me. I need to talk to them about the situation. If they can't figure something out now, then they might start using connections for someone who can.'
Timeskip
You stayed relatively close to Tsukune and Moka. You were relatively confident that your parent or parents would come to you with Saber guiding them. By now, the classroom and halls were filled with adults either with or looking for their children.
"Well neither of you will have your parents show. Kind of a shame actually." You said to them.
"Which is why I plan to go to Kokoa's class and spend some time with her. I'm the only family she has." Moka said solemnly.
"Moka...." Tsukune breathed.
"I don't need your charity!"
You looked and quickly ducked. Tsukune was the one who ate a mace instead. Speak of the Devil, or vampire in this case.
"If you even think of coming to my classroom, you're going to meet the business end of my little Kou-Hammer, and you're so going to regret it!" Kokoa shouted at Moka.
"Or I can yank the Rosary before she shows up the classroom." You pointed out. "Then again, I don't feel like indulging a brat."
Kokoa scowled your way.
"Listen Mage. The only reason I'm not going after you right now is because you're the only acceptable way I can see my big sister. And I don't want to make her angry by hurting you." Kokoa admitted, the last part barely a whisper. "But if you keep hogging my sister to yourself, I just might reconsider!"
