Time is strange when you are in limbo. What felt like minutes could be translated into hours when in a state of unconsciousness. Most of it was naturally in Unlimited Blade Works. For a world filled with weapons, it was rather peaceful. Of course it was different, having a dark night sky lit by lines of red light representing your Mystic Eyes. There was also a periodic visitor.

"Hey (F/n)."

"Hey Kurumu." You greeted the newly appeared succubus. She yawned. "Morning Huh? On the fourth day aren't we?"

"Evening actually. It's still exhausting doing this regularly, but it keeps me and everyone else happy knowing you're okay, at least until you wake up."

"Right. Any updates that I should be aware of?"

"Well I've got some good news. Your mom came back to your house with another woman in tow. She said that woman can make a body for the Outer Moka." Kurumu told you.

"She found Aozaki." You said. "Good. Then that matter can be settled. It'll be a bit weird though. There's going to be two very similar looking vampires now."

Kurumu had also seen fit to tell you that Moka had been successful in using Rule Breaker to separate Akasha from Alucard. Hopefully the trend with Moka's family would not continue with her mother. You were way too tired to be fighting anybody.

"Hopefully that'll be the end of all that." Kurumu nuzzled against your shoulder. "Moka made a point of working with Sakura to track down Reines."

Two Days Ago

Reines panted desperately as she rounded a corner in downtown London. She ran down the alleyway, ignoring the near total darkness the night gave it. She was attempting to get away from her pursuers.

Moka would not allow it. She and Tsukune travelled with Sakura to London, presence of the Clocktower be damned. Once the woman was found and the rosary pulled, she wasted no time chasing the one responsible for (F/n)'s suffering. Sakura seemed to fall behind as the hunt began. But Moka was seeing a bit too much red to care. No amount of Reinforcement Magecraft would save her either. Moka was faster.

Until at last, Reines found herself at a dead end. She prepared to jump in an attempt to scale the building.

"Where do you think you're going?" Moka spat. Reines jumped. Moka was already airborne above her and came down hard with a kick. She landed in front of the mage, watching her cough and remain sprawled from impact.

"Fervor meI sanguis!"

A familiar mercury fluid spilled out from Reines and formed into a blob protectively in front of its master. Moka braced for combat.

"Scal!"

The familiar lashed out, only for the tentacle extensions to be severed. Severed by a black flat ribbon outline in red.

"Ah Ah Ah." Moka heard a menacing voice in front of her approaching them. It took her a second to realize it was (F/n)'s aunt. More dark ribbons were coming from the woman and a Bounded Field had been erected to prevent anything happening inside from being detected.

"Hehehehehe. No tricks will save you. But as much as I would love to make you pay," The ribbons on Sakura's person writhed "That task falls to my nephew's lover if she's up for it."

"You've fallen in with Dead Apostle's? Attacking me in London? The Clocktower and the Archibald's will have your head for this!" Reines swore.

"Hehehehehehe. No they won't." Sakura giggled menacingly. "Because I and Luvia Edelfelt took the liberty of informing them of your patronage with Fairy Tale. Imagine how they think of you sinking to mess with Zeltretch's domain, working with vampires and monsters bent on ending humanity no less. I think they would rather let a convenient end dampen the embarrassment a bit. Hehehehehe. She's all yours Moka."
