After the news of Sango being pregnant reached the family, we were all celebrating. Sango was blushing the entire time. Miroku looked like a proud man as he sat down next to Sango. In this world they were officially married, but Sango would need a spousal mark to confirm their mating.

Since the rainstorm thundered for five days, flooding the river. Miroku was practically home for the week. Kaede took this time to teach him about a marking that was handed fiend by monks and priestess' when they took a spouse. This marking would be proof for the beastmen in this world.

I was taking a quick bath with Sango and my girls when I saw a marking by her heart. It was a black tribal tattoo of a holy spirit, which was perfect for the monk. Sure he was a pervert, but now he solely focused on Sango.

I was so happy that they had finally settled down. I knew it was coming, it took a while but I was happy for them. Before now, it made me wonder of they were both denser than Inuyasha.

When the water reached knee level, the rain finally lessened. The water was finally able to recede. The leopard Tribe has lived with us in the Tiger Castle for half a month now. The male leopards were starting to scout the villages and prepared to rebuild. I visited Eve frequently before they had to leave. I was kind of forlorn that she had to leave but I wouldn't keep her here because of my selfishness.

The leopards moved back to Camel Valley on the day it was done rebuilding. It also didn't rain much after the storms ended. Because of that storm, the rain season came to a close a full month earlier than usual. The wheat grew nicely, making the fields look like a golden ocean. The strands of wheat shimmering in the sunlight. Thanks to the storm also, harvest season even came earlier than last year.

But thanks to the early ending of a season, it made me wonder if something bad will happen during the summer time. It happened frequently in our old world due to global warming. In this world, I could only guess an impending natural disaster was coming.

Now that spring was finally here, I was able to dress in Curtis' snake skin once more. The halter top was a little loose but I didn't mind. Since my mates were trying to get me pupped again, might as well leave it be. For a change it put the ties of the halter top around the top itself to make it a tube top. Curtis's mark was poking out from the top. I also pulled out a smaller skirt of Curtis' snake skin from the jewel. He made it when I was originally kidnapped with him. I didn't want to wear it then becuase we weren't mated yet but now it didn't matter. I wanted to dress comfortably. The pups and I walked outside, finding Parker ready to go to the wheat fields.

"Are we harvesting the wheat today?" I asked him.

"Yeah! There are too many birds, so we have to harvest as soon as possible." Parker told me.

"Hold on, I'll go get the baby snakes and then we'll all join you." I smiled as I ran back inside.

The baby snakes slithered into the carrying basket. Sango was bothered by the heat so she stayed inside. Kaede, Harvey and mom went to the forest with Inuyasha and Shuu as protection. Sesshomaru was hunting with some tiger males. Miroku stayed with Sango and Gramps talked with him inside. Rin, Kohaku, Sota and Shippo looked bored so I decided to take them out with me as well. Muir and Winston were already in the fields.
