"Did they surround the other river areas?" I asked him.

"All the nearby areas have been occupied by them." Lanze told me. I nodded my head and then released a howl into the air. A few moments later, a howl responded back. Within a couple of minutes, Winston and Sesshomaru were back. They came running up to me, wondering what I called them for. I helped Lanze into the watering hole and had the children go inside with Curtis and Parker.

"The floating beasts have surrounded all of the water areas near here. I'm afraid someone will get bitten if they aren't careful." I told them.

"We will go check it out." They both said before leaving. After I made sure everyone was safely inside the house as well, I took my dog form and into the skies I went. From where I floated there was indeed a hell of a lot of crocodiles. It was a good thing that crocodiles could be eaten. I had a strong feeling that we would be eating this for meat during the heavy rain season.

I went to turn around when I saw a familiar herb stand out. I smiled as I dove down to the ground. Before I landed, I scented the area for any crocodiles. I wasn't near any river or water areas but I wanted to be sure. I landed on my paws and gently cut the stems with my claws. I placed them into the jewel with skilled practice. I made sure that I collected a really good amount for winter preparation. These herbs would help Kaede and Gramps for their bones. Now I knew where to come to get more, I turned to leave the area.

Without warning, something curled around my body and started to crush me. I gasped as I struggled against the grip. But by doing that, it only increase the pressure wrapped around me. I weakly opened my eyes and found a giant blue python in front of me. I blinked in surprise, which made me revert back into my human skin.

"Let me go you scaly freak." I hissed as I tried to get out. His blue eyes widened as he looked down to me. As soon as I placed my hands down onto his scaly skin, a shock went up my spine.

Mate! My beast, who I haven't heard from in a long time, shouted.

Another snake beastmen? Wasn't Curtis enough? I growled in my thoughts.

He lowered his giant blue head, his blue eyes focusing on my chest area. His eyes widened once more before he opened his mouth and bit down on my chest area like Curtis did. Suddenly I felt Curtis' marking burn before I saw red shot across from me. The blue python released me and I collasped to the ground. I saw a swirl of blue and red collide together. I weakly got up, my body slowly healing back to normal.

My eyes focused on the dueling two. They seemed to be similar in strength. Soon Curtis whipped him with his tail before he slithered over to me and looked me over. His feeler poked out, scenting me. I gently nuzzled his head and wrapped my arms around him.

"Thank you Curtis." I smiled at him. He nudged me back before his blood red eyes focused onto my leg. I followed his gaze, my eyes widening. Upon my left leg, there was a blue snake tattoo like Curtis' wrapped around it. I could sense Curtis' anger radiate in the area. He was ready to go for the kill.

"Curtis, no. I'm afraid to say that he is a mate as well." I weakly collasped onto him, making him revert his upper half into his human skin. "Now, don't be upset Hubby. You will always be my favorite." I smiled up at him, gently rubbing against his spousal mark.

Curtis hissed before he slammed his giant red tail onto the other snake male. I don't blame him for being pissed, I didn't exactly expect this either. I looked at my new found mate, he was weakly chuckling as he transformed his upper half like Curtis, then went to a full body transformation. Blue scales were wrapped around his wrists and his ankles. Not a stripe was to be found and how he kept up with Curtis, he was a pentamarked snake beastmen as well.
