I slowly trailed down the isle in search for some medicine. Kenny had agreed to take Justin and I to a drug store. It was low key. Justin and I had our disguises on and I doubt that anyone would recognize us, considering we'd been here for about fifteen minutes just trailing the isles. I had a feeling that the cashier thought something was going on. Maybe he thought we were going to rob him, but whatever it was, he kept his eyes on me. I looked up and his eyes would be glued on me, not once breaking even when I held a complete hard stare at him. He wasn't intimidated by the look on my face, but I was intimidated, and I couldn't even look at him for a full three seconds before I lowered my head.

"Do you have everything you need?" Justin asked, brushing against me. I hadn't even notice that he was by me until his voice pulled me from my thoughts.

I looked down at the basket to see what I had picked up.

Hershey bar.

Hot Cheetos.

A jar of pickles.

Tampons.

Fever medicine.

"Uh, I think I have everything." I replied, slowly walking, but I knew I didn't have everything I came here to get. The last thing I needed was in the next isle, but I would look crazy walking down that isle. What would Justin think? What would Kenny think?

"Well, Kenny is outside in the car waiting for us." Justin informed.

I nodded my head and slowly walked to the counter.

"You don't have to wait for me. I can manage." I replied.

Justin furrowed his eyebrows and placed his hand on the small of my back.

"I know you can manage. I just thought you'd like some... some assistance I guess you could say."

"I'll be fine. I'll meet you in the car. Okay?"

Justin simply nodded his head and removed his hand from my back and made his way out of the store. I waited until he had completely disappeared from my sight before I turned around to continued to rome the isles, keeping my eyes locked on the ground. I couldn't bare to look up and find the cashiers eyes glued on me.
I walked down the isle I needed to be in. The isle with the pain killers, the condoms, the vitamins, and last but not least, the pregnancy tests. I looked up for a second to see if the cashiers eyes had still been locked on me, to my liking they weren't, he had been staring at his phone. I walked down the isle, slowly passing the medicines, then vitamins, then the condoms, until I made my way to the pregnancy test. I studied each and every one for a brief second. Making sure not to take long. I quickly read the label on the Clearblue box.

Week estimator. I Looked at it and shrugged my shoulders before picking it up and examining it closer, in search of a price. 39.99 the tag read. I scuffed and sat it back down on the counter.

"I have to get this, I need it," I whispered to myself. "There's only one way I can do it. Steal it. I mean I suppose I can pay for it, but then it'd be on the receipt, I couldn't bare anyone finding out I purchased a pregnancy test," I whispered to myself.

I looked at the cashier once more and his eyes were still glued to his phone. I turned back to look at the test before I slipped it in my hoodie, well, Justin's hoodie.

After making sure it was securely locked in the hoodie pocket, I walked to the counter and placed the basket on it. Slowly removing the items that were in there. I had to buy some medicine because the last week I have been sick. Vomiting non-stop, high fever, hot flashes. Justin and Kenny just assumed it was me being home sick, but I had a different theory. A theory I hope had been completely wrong. But I had to be sure. As for the other stuff, it was for my period. My period would be arriving in three days according to the calendar I had to track my periods, a little early shopping never hurt anyone. Plus, I knew that I would be craving these things because they were my normal period craving.
