My Favorite Ships

Johnny x Dallas is at number one obvi 😩 the whole "Dallas only loved Johnny" thing was what made me ship them. And obviously Johnny cares deeply about what Dallas thinks about him. Also, Dallas literally indirectly commit suicide after Johnny's death because he couldn't take the heartbreak. They could be each other's peace and find love in that. I can imagine them spending so much time together to the point that both of them start to realize they are slowly falling in love. Dallas would probably treat Johnny better than all the broads he's been with because he never truly loved them, only their bodies. It wouldn't be an instant "love at first sight" thing. It would be slow. They wouldn't even realize they liked boys, it wouldn't even cross their minds, until they only began to show love for each other. Rating: 100/10

Johnny x Ponyboy bc why not. They have a cute and wholesome dynamic. To me they were more so brotherly with each but I wouldn't mind them as a couple. One of my reasons for shipping them is that Ponyboy literally lost it after Johnny and Dally died. He kept trying to convince himself Johnny wasn't dead because he couldn't bare a life without Johnny. I find it cute how Johnny was considered shy and never said much to anyone, but the second him and Ponyboy got near each other, alone, he would just talk to him like it was nothing. It's funny how he's really shy and never talks to anyone unless needed, but when it comes to Ponyboy, it's different. And in the books, Johnny didn't like reading. Then suddenly he was interested in books when Ponyboy read them to him. Sus. Rating: 9/10

Cherry x Marcia! Ah the lesbians. They would have such a cute love story! Them leaving their boyfriends for each other would be ✨ they have a cute friendship and kind of remind me of Ponyboy and Johnny but female. Like how Marcia is shy and more reserved and Cherry is more artsy and dreamy is literally the same dynamic of Pony and Johnny. Rating: 8/10

You guys are gonna hate me for this but... Dallas x Cherry. OKAY HEAR ME OUT BEFORE YOU SCREAM. I don't think Cherry's a bad person or annoying, she just pissed me off at one point in the movie 😍 that's not the point. Anyways, I think it would be a cute love story. Dallas, the bad greaser, and the Cherry, the stuck up soc. Cherry liking Dallas because he's a breath of fresh air, not all uptight like all the socs. Dallas liking Cherry because she keeps him in check and is feisty. Cherry would make him take it slow instead of jumping into the hanky panky because she didn't fully trust it. And along the way, Dallas experiences a real romance, the warm feeling love gives you. They would both learn from it. Dal would learn that there's more good than just Johnny, Cherry would learn to not put value in the wrong things and find stuff she cherishes. Rating: 10/10

Two-Bit x Marcia is another one! I found it so cute that Marcia smiled more with him than she ever did with Randy. It's just so 😩 it would be instant love but a gradual relationship. The way they interact is so sweet and innocent in an odd way. He didn't dirty talk her like how you would expect since in the books, the Greasers were dirty with most girls. It was like a breath of fresh air. The way their sense of humor matches too is what makes it even better. I feel like Marcia could even start to like all of Two's friends and start to hangout with them. She would slowly come out of her shell and Two would love her even more for that. Rating: 8/10
