Dannies pov
The police thank my parents as they leave the house letting me finally break down on the sofa Sydney's social worker watching me as i do.
"Thank you Dannie, this will really help" he says to me sympathetically as i cry.
"Will it though, because going from what i saw yesterday my friend is already dead!" I sob "that was a stranger in my friends body"
"He looked at me with so much hatred and disgust and he just went along with what that creep said, the syd i know would have told him to fuck off and get a life"
"He can get better, once we get him back we will be able to give him help" he reassures moving over to sit next to me and placing a reassuring hand on my back.
"Listen kid, we both know sydney and we know he's one strong boy. He will get through this he just needs some help and support and thanks to what you told the police he will get that" he states and not wanting to talk to him i just nod staring down at my feet. I don't believe him.
Joel sighs softly as my parents walk back in their faces drained of all energy.
"Thank you mr and mrs Iverson this will really help us find Sydney" Joel smiles shaking their hands
"Just face it, he's fucked" i scoff looking up at them through my lashes with a frown
"Dannie!" Mom gasps "Dont say that"
"We need to have hope" Joel smiles at me but i just roll my eyes and stand up
"No point having hope" i say quietly to myself heading upstairs and entering my room
I don't have the energy to do anything other then throw myself in bed next to Arlo who is slobbering allover and when i do my phone lights up with a message from the group chat.

Of course she wants to talk, i mean i did just shot a random message in the chat about seeing Sydney in the shop and then left them all to panic as i cried myself to sleep.
I owe it to them all to explain what happened, hes their friends too not just mine and they need to know whats happened. They need to know that they will never see Sydney again.
"Oh Arlo, its all my fault" i sigh resting my head on Arlo's soft chest.
He wines softly licking my face with his massive wet tongue leaving my face covered in slobber.
"Thanks bud, that really helped" i scoff to which arlo pants happily.
I guess i have to go and talk to them, even if i really don't want to.
Amelia's pov
Sarah holds onto a shaking Finn as he cries into her, covering her white blouse in tears.
"B-but my brother wouldn't leave me" he sobs, his voice breaking due to hiccups
"Oh darling" sarah whispers kissing him on the top of his head
I had went to talk to finns social worker about his brother sydney after that conversation him. But Leroy told us sydney went missing a month ago and nobody's heard from him since.
It was hard breaking this news to Finn especially after i told him i would try to get him to live with us.
"Why would he leave me, i thought he loved me" Finn sobs looking up at me with his big teary blue eyes
"Your brother was going through a tough time" i explain sitting down next to him, looking at sarah she nods for me to go on.
"You've been to bad homes right, not like ours" i say earning a nod from finn
