Me, Rico and Tj sat in the parking lot next to school making a couple of plays. Me and Rico finished now we was waiting on Tj slow ass and Promise to come out of the school.

She a coo girl, a lil young but she coo. I ain expect her to be like dat, even though ion know much she intriguing. After having a small convo wit her makes me wanna talk to her more but I couldn't cross that path with my bro. So, Ima stick to the basics. I laughed at Tj dumb ass as Promise hugged her friends and made her way over here

"Tj stop tryna sale perk 30's with a fuckin fentanyl label"

He looked defeated waving me off.

"Dumb ass" Rico said as we laughed. I looked Ova at Promise and she looked sad.

"What the hell wrong wit yo face Missy?" Rico said

"Taurus is ignoring me" she pouted.

I shook my head at her

"Why cus of dat lil ass date you missed? Rico said

"It's the principal Rico. He think I ignored him on purpose when that wasn't the case" she pleaded

"Well what was the case?"

She looked up at me then at Rico and put her head down.

"My phone died and I lost track of time" she said lowly.

If it wasn't for my hungry ass shenanigans she would've made her lil date with the square ass dude. I ain really care about her missing the date but seeing her all sad made me feel some type of way. Promise was fine asl, you couldn't help but to look at her and admire her like a piece of art. But I couldn't do that, I had to stay stern.

"Ight just text him and tell him that. If he don't respond that Nigga stupid he lost a dime and then some" Rico said. She half smiled and nodded her head.

"Get in the car swoll head" Rico said pushing her. She laughed and stood by the car.

I let the seat up and let Tj in the back. I was waiting on Promise to get so I could get in my original spot in the front but I seen her pulling down her a skirt like she was uncomfortable. I looked in the back at Tj

"Get in the front since we droppin yo goof ass off first Ian gonna feel like getting out" he smacked his lips and got out.

I climbed in the back and she got in after me. The ride was silent until Rico spoke.

"You got sum to wear for Saturday" he asked looking in his mirror. I toyed around in my phone so I wouldn't seem nosey.

"Yeah Jayda dressing me"

Rico looked up and shook his head

"Hell nawl. Jayda be dressin like she going to the club"

I chuckled. He wasn't lying, that girl stayed with some heels on and a crop top. You would think that would dress code ha ass.

"No she doesn't and I already told her how I wanted to dress" she said getting on her phone to take pictures.

I looked over and watched as she fixed her hair and put on lip gloss and shit. I smiled seeing her do this girly shit. She looked over at me and smiled.
