Promise was on some bullshi last night goin out with dat Nigga Pisces. I told ha to give me time not run to the next Nigga and got out with him. The motha fucka I almost killed ova ya ass. I was chillin wit Rico choppin it yo with him. Gettin him officially caught up with the madness that's been going on in the trap.

"So that nigga was in my office?" He scrunched his face in confusion

"Yeah and he said you told him to meet him there"

"This shit not addin up" he sat up in his seat and cuffed his hands

"That's what I said how the fuck you asked him to meet you and you don't have meetins on week days" I shook my head

"Nah it's not that"

"What is it den?" I looked at him in confused at him as he thought

"The only motha fuckas that got a key to that office is me and you"

"Den how tha fuck he get in? You got yo key and I got mines" I asked while He shook his head

"Did Promise have company while I was gone?"

Shid yeah me. But dat nigga Chris too. If I told Rico Chris was here he'll beat promise ass.

"Nah bruh I made sure of it. If it wasn't Dess or Jayda nobody was here"

"Ight look. No more meetings wit none them niggas until we found out what's goin on"

I nodded understandin

"Ion give a fuck how long it take, somebody gotta get put 6 feet unda fuckin with what's mine"

I ain expect none of this shit to happen. We've been boys since for like 5 or 6 years. After my brother passed my mama sent me out of New Orleans when I was 16. So I moved up here got a job and a little apartment. Until I met Rico and Tj when I was 19, but me and Rico shared a struggle of loosing all we had to keep us mentally sane. He told me his pops taught him the game before he was murdered.

So he plugged me in, and ever since we've been tight. He was a big brotha to me and treated me like family ever since. Then I met Promise, she was more innocent then she is now and even more nerdy. She had the most thick ass glasses ever and braces. But back then she was the little sista I wanted to protect.

Then came Tj introduced us to Chris about 3 years ago. Chris shared a similar struggle since his pops got killed too. And Tj olda brother got killed a couple of years later when he got out of prison. He needed a job so Tj introduced him to Rico. Every since then we been runnin shit. Hitting licks , sellin, just making money together.

I would have never thought one of dem niggas stealing from us when we helped each other. If one of us needed money no matter how much we had it. Even if we had to all put in. We helped each otha, Shid we was family. Or I thought we was.

"So what's the move today?"

"Gotta plan Promise birthday bash and shit"
