Moaning, I pulled my face away from his handsome face with enough strength. "No." I breathe. God, I can't think while being around him. "This needs to stop."

His chest heaves, his eyes staring down at me with his lips shut. The frustrated look he gives me makes my heart nearly skip a beat. The serious look in his eyes. "Are you serious?"

"Yes, Mercer." I sighed. "What are we even doing?"

He didn't say anything for a long moment and our moment was interrupted by the door to the boys' locker room opening. I noticed it was one of his football friends.

The guy looked around as if searching for someone until they landed where we were. The familiar guy I remember seeing at Mercer's house smirks. The amusement dancing in his eyes only made me flush at the realization of how Mercer and I looked.

"Here I was thinking your ass was taking a nap or some shit." He mused, crossing his arms. "But I see why you are late. Coach is pissed, MP."

Embarrassed at the fact that I had been caught once again in a crazy situation, I cleared my throat in hopes to push away this feeling but it didn't work. My lips felt numb and it felt like pressure when their eyes landed on me.

There was so much I wanted to say but it was best to not say anything. Especially now.

I placed my hand on his tattooed arm, pushing it away from the wall he caged me to. I had nothing to say to him honestly. Mercer made that hard.

I was thankful that he didn't say anything and let me go but there was no doubt in my mind that he would try something else.

I pulled my house keys from the lock before twisting the knob to open the front door. The silence of the darkness was what I was met with and I knew instantly that my dad was at work.

Thankful about it actually because though I was off of punishment, I was still to be home before the street lights turned on. Turns out that didn't happen and that was all thanks to Mercer.
